Great Ground Level Beach house located just one block from the awesome waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Walkway to the Beach from the house. Unit sleeps 10 people, lots of parking available. Unit is pet friendly with non refundable pet fee.

2 Story, 4 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath ground level Beach House. Just a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Open floor plan with a large kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bathroom downstairs. The four bedrooms and full bathroom is upstairs. There is a washer, dryer, and additional refrigerator in the laundry room just off the carport. Lots of additional parking. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, convenience store, and local night life on Pensacola Beach. It does not get any better than this! Living Room offers a large screen surround sound system. Dining area for eating. The house will sleep 9 with a bunk room. Plenty of parking, wireless Internet, expanded cable, access to the sound with private beach for your use for boating & swimming. House is close to beach, path next to house 30 yeards to beach. On Gulf side of the road which is nice. Many more extras that will keep you coming back for years to come. It also has a great covered patio with a gas grill and picnic table, as well as an outside shower, and a great deck ! The deck gives you great views of the water. The backyard is fenced. Just a short walk down a sidewalk to the world's most beautiful beach!

On Friday night we had a little incident with about 10 cockroaches in the rental. After we found a male to come kill all of them we didn't see any the rest of the weekend.
