This is a 3 bedroom 3 bath third floor privately owned vacation home at the Perdido Sun Resort located directly on the beach. There is a very large private balcony overlooking the beach. This condo comfortably sleeps a family no more than 8 including all adults and children. The living room is equipped with a television, DVD player and internet however it does not have a sleeper sofa. This condo has two master bedrooms. The southern master bedroom has a king size bed, television, has corner-windows facing the beach, a private full bathroom and access to the private balcony. The northern master bedroom also has a king size bed, television, and a private full bathroom. The third bedroom has full size bunk beds, a television and access to a bathroom shared with the living area. The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances and this vacation home includes a full size washer and dryer as well.
