Elite Carmel Vacation House in Pebble Beach A guest from Danville, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2013 No trash bags in house. No cable or directions to get cable. Staff called 15 minutes before arrival to notify they were having someone pick up the trash in the garage. Requested information to be sent on house rental twice. They forgot they sent it and sent the request 30 mins before rental arrival. Vacation rental was gorgeous and plenty of room but no access to garage and wasn't informed the house was for sale. Macomber Reviewed by: Matt P. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 The property was a great location but I was very disappointed in the general upkeep and plumbing. For the size and price of the property, I expected nicer furnishings downstairs and better maintenance. There was broken tiles, broken cabinets and faulty knobs. The water pressure was terrible. When the hot water was on, some showers were not functional. There were some shower heads and faucets that would not work as well. I was not pleased with the quality of the property. Winter Vacation Reviewed by: Paul C. recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2013 The view, location and amenities were all outstanding! Very easy access to Carmel. Every bed, chair and sofa was very comfortable. LOVED the his and hers bathrooms in the master bedroom! The dining room could use a larger table, but we solved that by adding the table from the breakfast room.
