The flow of the house is well designed and decorated. our group enjoyed the facility greatly. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2012 I stayed at this house recently for a Girls Weekend ( 8 woman) The house is spacious and the kitchen/family room area is very nice however there were some things that could be better....?Kitchen is not well equipped for cooking:o Only three coffee cupso No foil or zip log bags (kitchen was not stocked up with the basics items you need in comparison to other houses we have rented- not talking about food items?.but basic supplies) o No pyrex or baking dishes for a crowd ? we had eight peopleo Dishes were limited since we need to use some as platters for appetizerso No meat thermometero Needed more dish towels due to all the dish washing we had to do o Limited glasseso No pitcher for making ice tea or margaritas o Trash compactor did not work ( was missing the ?key? to switch on)? Light in pantry did not work? We could not figure out how to turn on the lights in the corner of the kitchen near the windows? Fireplaces did not work (a huge disappointment)? When we first arrived the alarm would not stop beeping and the maintenance guy came and basically unplugged the device and hid it in a closet in the garage because it would not stop beeping)? Master Suite:o Showerhead came off ( we screwed back in ) and it was difficult to figure out how to get hot water in the shower ( should have instructions- everyone complained about the difficulty in the showers to get hot water) o One of the sinks in the master bathroom does not work		Overall Satisfacation show detailed scores Services from rental manager Cleanliness Location Property Condition
Customer Service needs attention Reviewed by: Kelly M. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2012 The stay was ok. House was fine, good location and clean. The experience dealing with the property management company was very one sided. I had to contact them regarding everything: from deposit to contract, sleeping arrangements, instructions on gate codes, keys, locks, which was a good thing because the arrival instructions were incorrect and did not provide a lock code. I was also assured this property could sleep 7 single sleepers and it wasn't true. Three guests in our party actually left and checked in at a hotel. I contacted housekeeping regarding bedding, blankets & towels and was told "Not sure, did you all cabinets and closets?" This information was not helpful. In the future, I will do my best to stay away from having to deal with this property management company.
