This downstairs apartment of the house rents separately from September to May, it rents as part of the upstairs together in the summer months. There are two bedrooms on the south side of the house. The living area is in the front of the house and the kitchen is on the north side. The screened porch is off the living area on the south side. You share the washer/dryer with the upstairs which is located on the rear screened porch upstairs. You also have access to the crows nest upstairs with wonderful views. This apartment has 2 bedrooms: Double & Twin, Double & Twin. Baths: 1. This house does allow one dog under 40 pounds, sorry no cats. No smoking please. Final day cleaning fee: $85.00. Sunday-Sunday rental.
