A combination of contemporary and classic design, this villa offers the best of Thai style combined with modern Western accents. As you walk into the property, you’re graced by a traditional Thai roof overhead. A Thai sala is also on-site to provide the perfect shaded outdoor dining experience. There are also spectacular roofs on top of the main building housing luxurious, sizable rooms.

The entire property overlooks a pool and the pristine beach and Gulf of Thailand dotted by neighboring islands.

Outside the villa, a family of palm trees decorate a lawn that can hold up to 15 for a great outdoor party. An additional 12 seats are also available for sun bathing during the day. Natural shade is provided by the trees and buildings, while the inside of the villa is protected by sunblinds.

Location
Situated by the beach and just one kilometer from the Jomtien Beach, this massive villa is perfect for large family holidays. Tourist attractions in Pattaya are all within 5 kilometers by car. The magnificent Koh Larn (Coral Island is also within convenient proximity.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:
Two of the six bedrooms are located in the garden area which overlooks the beach. They are protected by gates which close at night to keep guests safe and sound. Both rooms come with showers. Inside the main building you will find another bedroom downstairs close to the entertainment room. This room has a door that leads to a private patio and stone garden. On top of a flight of stairs from the living room, you enter a splendid bedroom with a balcony that gives you a view of the sparkling pool and ocean. Each room comes with a TV and DVD player, stylish sinks, and transparent showers. The master bedroom has the added feature of a granite bathtub. On another level you have the fifth bedroom that comes with a breath taking view of the ocean which can be enjoyed on its own balcony complete with lounge chairs. At the top floor of the building there is another bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and naked bathroom.

Bathroom:
Each bathroom is connected with a bedroom and almost include large transparent showers. The bathrooms have separated toilets for guests privacy and convenience.
Dining room: The dining room consists of a large glass table with eight seats in a open area that is connected with the living area. You can also have meals in the garden for some elegant outdoor dining.

Kitchen:
The sleek and stylish contemporary kitchen carries all the appliances you need to create a serious home cooked meal for your loved ones during your stay. You will have the convenience of a dishwasher, microwave, gas wok-burners with an extractor fan, and even a TV. The housekeeper, Wad can be hired to buy and prepare food, and clean up after meals even if you decide to cook yourself. Her fees are extremely reasonable at a maximum of 1000 baht for any number of guests.

Living rooms:
Surrounded by glass windows, the living room provides stunning views of the surrounding beach and islands. Consisting of comfortable, luxurious leather sofas and a coffee table it’s certain you will feel right at home. The entertainment room comes with a dartboard, pool table, and big-screen TV that promises hours of fun. Within the game room you will find four sofas and chairs designed for the ultimate comfort. You will also have access to a wine cellar to store fine wines during your stay.

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.

It is extremely unlikely this would ever be the case due to the number of properties we own/manage, however, we reserve the right to find you alternative accommodation similar to that booked or refund all monies paid. We can not accept any further liability other than the above, please ensure you have adequate insurance.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.
