The large patio area stretches around the entire villa, meaning that you will always find shade, no matter the time of day. Moving inside, we find a villa which has been decorated in a rustic manner, rattan weave and russet is the order of the day here. Think Spanish hacienda meets Thai style openness, simple and stylish, as well as entirely practical. The living room and dining area are both comfortable and cool, with plenty of seating in the lounge, which exploits the proximity of the entertainment system. The superbly equipped kitchen sits unobtrusively towards the back of the ground floor. Upstairs, we find four bedrooms all with access to large en-suite wet rooms. The beach is close by, along with all other major local attractions and major superstores.

Kitchen:
Fully fitted, granite worktops, appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob with extractor, rice cooker, in-fact, everything you need to test your culinary skills.

Living Room:
The living areas are spacious and furnished in a beautiful contemporary style and equipped with a satellite or cable receiver, a widescreen TV and DVD player with surround sound system. It opens into a dining area with an eight seat dining suite.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.

Our refund policy is as follows:

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
