The private pool 9m x 5m has a separate shallow children’s area for safe swimming along with underwater lighting for your evening swim in the bath warm waters.

This property is fully gated with off-road parking and 24 hour security. Within the gardens is an outside shower, sun-beds, substantial hardwood tables with seating for 12, perimeter lighting and large gas BBQ making that social evening under the stars an exciting and intimate experience? We have made every endeavour to ensure your comfort and ensure all your needs are catered for, making your holiday vacation a long lasting pleasurable memory in our luxury thai home.

Kitchen:
A spacious hand built kitchen with granite worktops. Offering a built in cooker, hob, extractor, microwave, toaster and eight place settings. The washing machine is situated outside. An ironing board and iron are provided.

Living Room:
Sumptuous leather seating with views out to the gardens and pool is equipped with satellite TV, DVD/CD player, surround sound system and work centre off the living area with high speed internet, equipment provided. There are also wireless facilities for your laptop. The living area opens into the diner with seating for six.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - King-size bed with fully fitted furniture and dresser. Bedroom 2 - King-size bed with fully fitted furniture and dresser. Bedroom 3 - King-size bed with fully fitted furniture and dresser. Bedroom 4 - King-size bed with fully fitted furniture and dresser

Bathrooms:
Bedroom one has a full on-suite bathroom, bedrooms two, three and four all have on-suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Additional Notes:
Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

Last minute availability within 30 days of travel discounts available.

Check In 1300 hrs - Check Out 1100 hrs.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.

It is understood that cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances occur from time to time. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality.
Our refund policy is as follows:

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
