Location
This modern home as arguably one of the best locations in the whole of Pattaya, just 1400 meters from Walking Street and the beach. You will it hard pressed to find a similar standard property in such as great location where you can enjoy all of Pattaya’s treats within a short walk. The nearest convenience store and restaurants are just 200 meters away, which just enhances the overall location of the home. Within a two minute drive, you can find yourself within the Big C shopping mall, which is ideal for purchasing groceries or any other items you might desire. If you are looking for that rental home within close proximity to Walking Street and the beach, you will get no better than this homely abode.

Kitchen:
The European standard kitchen enjoys lots of space, allowing you to enjoy the self-catering options unimpeded. The U-shape granite work surfaces provide lots of food preparation space, and with the adjoining granite topped breakfast bar, you can take advantage of the informal dining area. The spacious wooden units compliment the work surfaces perfectly. Those who enjoy self-catering options can take advantage of modern appliances such as a refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, toaster oven, twin stovetops and tea and coffee making facilities.

Living Room:
Although most of the downstairs living spaces are open plan, the lounge commands it owns special area that separates it from the dining room and kitchen. With handmade Asian carving adorning the walls, this area also benefits from a comfortable cream leather three-piece-suite, handmade teak units and a Sharp flat-screen TV with International channels and a DVD player. This is the ideal place to relax with family and friends during your Pattaya holiday.

Bedrooms:
The three bedrooms are set over two levels, with one bedroom positioned on the ground floor and the remaining two on the second floor. The downstairs bedroom owns an ensuite bathroom that can also be accessed as a guest bathroom through an entirely separate door. What is great about the bedrooms is that although they keep the modern Asian theme, they also provide you with creature comforts such as flat screen TVs and DVD players. All the bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom enjoys a large covered balcony/terrace, where you can relax and enjoy views overlooking the nearby fishing pond and Pattaya in the distance.

Bathrooms:
There are three bathrooms, all of which are ensuite, although the downstairs bathroom can also be accessed by guests. All the bathrooms have showers, wash basins and toilets.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.



Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.



Last minute availability within 30 days of travel discounts available.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
