The garden was created to give you that special piece of privacy and freedom. The freeform swimming pool greatly benefits from a beautiful cascading rock water feature that provides that therapeutic sound of the water trickling into the pool. Three Thai salas adorn the garden, one of which creating a large outdoor terrace set at a raised level overlooking the pool. Other great features of the garden include your personal covered bar area and outdoor kitchen with a stone fire barbecue. The house owns three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious open plan living area, and a vast assortment of handmade solid teak furniture, fixtures and fittings alongside purposely created paintings and Asian artworks that give the property that special feel.

Location
The location really is where this property excels. There are not too many private and luxurious holiday rental homes so close to Walking Street and the main nightlife strips of Pattaya. Being only 1400 meters from the heart of the action will make your holiday not only convenient, but also a private experience so difficult to find in such vibrant tourist regions. Just a 200 meter walk from the house, you can also find the nearest convenience store and a selection of Thai and International restaurants. With Walking Street being so near, Pattaya Beach is also 1400 meters away. The Big C shopping center is also just a two minute drive away, which means you can pick up a wide selection of groceries if you enjoy self-catering. All in all, this is the property that many potential holidaymakers and visitors to Pattaya have been waiting for!

Kitchen:
The snug European Kitchen is neatly tucked between the lounge and dining room. This allows easy access from all quarters. With solid black granite work surfaces and a selection of modern appliances that include a microwave, oven, stovetop, refrigerator and coffee and tea making facilities, you will never be short of self-catering options.

Living Room:
The warm and friendly embrace of the living room is very appealing. The immediate thing you notice is the close proximity of two tall patio windows that allow you to relax in the lounge whilst gazing out towards the beautiful Tropicana of the garden in all its glory. This also ensures you receive lots of natural sunlight and perfectly opens up the lounge. The furniture is of high standard, from the cream leather settee (big enough for 6 persons) and marble topped coffee table to the teak units and desk. From the settee, you can turn your head and enjoy a vast selection of custom made Asiatic paintings that let you know you are in Thailand. The lounge is home to a Samsung TV and numerous International channels.

Bedrooms:
There are three bedrooms within this property, all enjoying ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, double beds and a peaceful ambience enhanced by the Asian artworks adorning the walls. The master bedroom is really nice, with a large walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom that provides twin showers. All the bedrooms follow the same Modern Asian theme which has been successfully created within this sublime property.

Bathrooms:
There are three bedrooms, which are all ensuite, owning toilets, wash basins and shower facilities.

Additional Notes:
Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.



Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.



Last minute availability within 30 days of travel discounts available.



Check In 1300 hrs - Check Out 1100 hrs.



The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.

Our refund policy is as follows:

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
