This 3 level, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom spacious town home features a full kitchen, dining for 6 people plus an additional 4 bar stools. The living features a Flat Screen TV with DVD player and a gas Fireplace. For your convenience, enjoy complimentary wireless internet, a private washer/dryer, and an indoor private hot tub. The Master bedroom features a King Bed and a full bath. This roomy town home sleeps 12 people with a King, Queen, Queen, Pyramid Bunk and 2 Twin Trundles. This is a non-smoking property.

***Deer Valley Drive between the Old Town roundabout and the intersection with Deer Valley Drive North will be under construction beginning the end of April with a scheduled completion date of mid-October. The work will be halted during major events such as the 4th of July celebrations, the Park City Kimball Arts Festival, the Tour of Utah bicycle race and Labor Day weekend. There is a possibility the road will be closed at some points during the work. Drivers may experience some delays while the crews are working.
