Great townhouse in a great location! Veteran to Park City from Florida, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2012 We really enjoyed the house. There is a lot of privacy between the bedrooms. It was well equipped and the hot tub is always a winner.		Overall Satisfacation
Good place to stay overall. Skier with family from Traverse City, Michigan, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2011 Pro: Location to slopes View Slope access via trail (however, beginners will have trouble getting down Quitn Time). Steep Blue, lots of skiers sliding down it! Large, private levels Kitchen Fireplace (now gas) and living room cons: Nearby stairs to downtown and shuttle can be a bear (especially at altitude). Used a taxi a lot more than expected. Cold in lowest room. Needed space heater. Need a few more blankets around for cold nights. Never used dining table, I suggest they dump the table and put in comfy reading chairs with a game table.		Overall Satisfacation
Enjoying Park City Everett from The Woodlands, Tx, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2011 We stayed on Upper Norfolk overlooking old town Park City. The weather was delightful, although a little warm when we got there. The house was well furnished, and the view from every floor of the house was spectacular. We enjoyed the comfort of the house, and all of the things to do in Park City in the summer. The house can get a little warm during the day in the summer, but because it cools down at night sleeping is delightful. I would guess that in the winter, with the access to Town Lift, that it would be a great place to stay to ski from town. The only reason that it gets only 4 stars for comfort is like I said, it got a little warm the first day that we were there, but as far as being a comfortable house, it was definitely that! Overall Very satisfied with Experience Stewart from Menlo Park, CA, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 Great location, clean accomodations and great service from Utah Vacations. Great ski-in, ski-out location with added benefit of being able to walk to the restaurants in Park City. Great accomodation for families with kids given ability to spread out to multiple floors and have separate family room for adults and kids.		Overall Satisfacation

nice house but missing few basic features ski bum from usa, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2010 For dollars spent we expected an ice maker and gas logs in the fireplace. Also. Cable was very basic - no ESPN. Washer and dryer were worn out - had to run repeated cycles. Property Manager Response: Thanks for your feedback. The owner has expanded their cable package for the ski season to include the "super sports package". I apologize it wasn't available for your stay, but your feedback made future stays more enjoyable.		Overall Satisfacation
Spectacular Snow Adventure . . . So CA Ski Bumbs from We came from around the country! All regions represented by, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2009 We loved the time we spent in Park City. The house was more than we expected. It was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Our family loved the ski in/out option . . . someone was on the slopes every day! Location to downtown allowed us the freedom to move around. We never felt we were far from the 'action.' We wish there had been broader cable access! There were a couple of big football games during our stay and national news was sparse . . . but then again we were on vacation! The neighbors were friendly and helpful . . .
