Located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, the Aspenwood Condominiums are in an extremely convenient location, just down the road from the Deer Valley Resort, and right on the free bus route. Park City’s Main Street is just a short bus ride away.

This condo is approximately 2300 square feet on 3 levels. The entry level is the lower level in the condo, with one bedroom with its own full bathroom, as well as the laundry facilities. Up one level is the main living space with the living room, kitchen, and dining area, combined as one great room, as well as two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Going up one more level is access to the enclosed back deck and private hot tub and the master bedroom suite.

Living Room: Spacious great room with vaulted ceiling, lots of light, wood burning fireplace, TV/VCR, DVD, CD stereo, and a balcony. Adjoins dining area and kitchen.

Kitchen: Very well equipped kitchen with brand new appliances (Fall 2012), separated from dining area and living room by a counter/bar with seating for 3 people.
