Enjoyable Stay Donna from Winter Springs, Florida, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2012 We enjoyed this home very much. The hot tub was a great temperature of 104 degrees to help us recover from our ski day. It is very spacious and nicely decorated. |

Has potential but is tired JP from CT, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2012 First of all, the Utah Vacation homes folks were terrific. Now this was important as we had to call on them several times for repairs. Overall, the best way to describe this townhome is tired. It has great potential, but has been neglected. The place was very spacious and laid out well. Location was convenient with easy access to town and all three local mountains in PC. However, I would not recommend staying until the owner makes meaningful updates. Here are a few examples. The big screen TV downstairs (circa 1990s) failed one crucial evening when we had company, including 5 kids looking for entertainment. The gas fireplace was impossible to figure out how to start without a tutorial, then kept going out requiring service. Turns out the pilot was too close to the fire and would overheat shutting the system down. One afternoon post skiing, the hot tub was not so hot after it mysteriously stopped working requiring a restart, resulting in a lost soak. The dishwasher was so noisy that you could not carry on a conversation in the main area if it were running. This wouldn't have been so bad if it actually cleaned the dishes. There were towel racks in the bathrooms coming out of the walls, and a ceramic soap dish in one shower was broken off and basically hanging on by a thread. A final pet peeve was the fact that the owner keeps his car in the 2-car garage making the fit quite tight with an SUV. Having stayed in Park City rentals 3 out of the last 4 years, I would say look around, there are better opportunities than CC #1. |

cozy, comfy home away from home! Ava from AZ, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2012 We really enjoyed staying at Canyon Crossing. Plenty of space for our large party of adults. Decent location, but the only downfall was the inconsistency of the shuttle bus stop nearest the house. However, the real reason I gave an Excellent 5-star rating was for the wonderful customer/guest service that Merianne provided from Utah Vacation Homes. She was so helpful and accommodating every step of the way. Made our visit to Park City that much sweeter. Thank you!! |

Canyon Crossing #1 Susan Myer Riley from Maine, Stayed for 0 days in October, 2009 Very comfortable and homey. I mentioned to someone in the office that there was sand in the bottom of the hot tub (not a problem for us). Couldn't find any matches and lighter low on fluid. Minor things. Maybe a map of the condos with #'s so we could more easily find other family members. Many thanks. Susan and Dixon Riley |

Location K & T from St. Louis, MO, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2009 This was our third ski trip to Park City, UT and we've rented a different place each time. The centralized location of this home in relation to the ski resorts and downtown Park City was a plus, as was the roominess of the unit itself. We appreciated being able to drop our luggage off earlier on our first day of rental, in order to take advantage of an afternoon of skiing, and also a slightly later check-out, enabling us to ski an extra morning. The hot tub jets were not working properly, and this was our only disappointment. |
