Lovely Townhome LJP from Irvine, CA, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2013 We had a wonderful stay at Bear Hollow #4. It is spacious and very nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and of decent quality. We were 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) and had plenty of space, even to have additional friends over for dinner. The hot tub is a great plus. The folks at Utah Vacation Homes were very responsive to requests/questions. The only thing is that the lower bedroom is quite chilly. We didn't know there was a space heater and only found it on the last day of our stay. We wish someone had mentioned it. Overall excellent experience.		Overall Satisfacation

Two problems were: lack of wifi access(local connection was locked) and a broken toilet seat in the master bedroom. Kitchen was well-equipped. Lighting for reading was limited.		Overall Satisfacation

Excellent location for access to ski areas. Great amenities. Well organized system of checking in and out. Very clean. Our only issue was that the downstairs room by the garage was very cold.
