Each unit is approximately 2000 square feet and has 4 levels, with nearly exact floor plans. The main level is the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level is the entrance from the garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the level above the main; this is also the level where the back deck with the hot tub is located. The top level is the master bedroom suite.
Both units have their own private hot tub and 2 car garage.
This unit (1117) has a den on the main level as well as a small loft area one level up from the living room. The other unit, #1115, has a loft located on the level above the living room.
