The living room features gas fireplace, a 35" cable TV with DVD, VCR, CD/stereo, and ample comfortable seating.

The master bedroom includes a King bed and 27" cable TV, plus a jetted bathtub in master full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed and private full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom offers Twin/Twin beds and there is a full bathroom accessed from the hallway. A Queen sofa-sleeper in the living room provides extra sleeping spaces. Sleeps 8 with King, Queen, Twin/Twin, and sofa-sleeper. Non-smoking.

Town Pointe Condominiums are conveniently located on Park Avenue, 2 blocks to Park City's Town Lift and historic Main Street. Walk to skiing and enjoy easy access to all of the restaurants, galleries, bars, and shops which line Main Street. Also, free town shuttles stop frequently in front of Town Pointe for easy access to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Resort, and the Resort Center at Park City Mountain Resort.

NOTE: Starting April 10th, the hot tub will be out of service for the summer. There is a $150 start up service fee.
