This is a deluxe condominium with full kitchen, dining for 8 + 5 bar stools, living room with cable TV and separate den with cable TV. This property is equipped with a private washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet access,private hot tub and a wood fireplace. There are cable TVs in each bedroom. This townhome is approximately 2311 SQ FT and will accommodate up to 8 guests with King, Queen, Twin/Twin, and sofa-sleeper. This is a non-smoking, deluxe rated property. SKI ACCESS: ski trail from edge of complex goes to lifts at SnowPark (lower Deer Valley); return ski trail comes to other side of street above Ridgepoint, a short walk back to the condo.

Sundance Film Festival (January 17 - 27) and President's Day (February 15 - 20): this property is available at a "Mid" season rate of $1,175 per night rather than the "High" season rate.

NOTE: Starting April 10th, the hot tub will be out of service. If you would like to use it, there is a $150 start up service fee.
