It is ideally situated for everything Park City has to offer, about 3 miles to Park City Mountain and 4 miles to Deer Valley Resort. Sundance Festival attendees are just 2 minutes from the Eccles Theatre, a main venue for this event. Out your door, there is access to the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail for access to abundant biking and hiking trails and local parks.
