This home?s ideal location puts you within walking distance of the Park City Mountain Resort, as well as a short drive from all sorts of shopping and dining options. (Note, as of January 2018 there is construction occurring behind the property.)

ABOUT THE CONDO

The common area is located on the second floor and includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen. In the living room, you will find brand-new furnishings that include a plush couch, two accent chairs, and a desk. Kick back and relax after a day on the slopes and watch a movie on the 52? wall-mounted flat screen TV above the gas fireplace.

The kitchen is lined in beautiful granite countertops and tile backsplash, and is equipped with brand-new stainless appliances that include a dishwasher and French-door fridge. You?ll also have plenty of cabinet storage and a pantry for vacation goodies.

For a quick breakfast bite, there?s seating for four at the kitchen bar. Come mealtime, gather at the dining table with seating for six.

Pour a glass of wine and step onto the back patio, where you can fire up the gas grill for an easy evening meal.

Just down the hallway from the kitchen is a conveniently located full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination and a granite vanity.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, large dresser with mirror, 47? flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a tiled shower and two freestanding vanities.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed, dresser, and closet. The kids will love the third bedroom with a twin bunk and private deck. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a double-sink granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Amenities include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. There are plenty of parking spaces outside of the condo.

THE LOCATION

This rental is perfect for family and friends who want to spend their vacation on the slopes. Not only is this townhouse within a short walk of the gondolas at Canyons Village, but it is also close to Iron Mountain, Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, Bald Eagle Mountain, and all the trails and fresh powder they have to offer.

Take advantage of this location all year-round by hiking or biking the trails, or by taking part in the resort?s summer activities. For those who like to spend time on the fairways, Glenwild Golf Course and the Park City Golf Course are both within a short driving distance.

There are two restaurants, The Farm Restaurant and Powder Restaurant, within walking distance of the property. You will also find many options just a few minutes? drive north at the Kimball Junction?check out Rock Brewing?s brewpub, Park City Pizza, and Kneaders Bakery & Café.

There was minor difficulty with WiFi which the TurnKey staff managed quickly and in a professional manner. the layout of the property, amenities and location were perfect for our ski trip.

Condo in Canyons

Stayed for 3 days in December, 2017
The condo is beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location. However, there were a few issues. 1. Parking. We were not able to use the garage since the owner of the condo had a car parked there and would not move it. 2. The beds were probably the most uncomfortable beds we've ever slept in. 3. Couldn't get the oven to work. 4. There was construction going on right behind the condo. They started early every morning. We were not trade aware of this when booking. Based on these things I would not book this particular condo again.

Although the garage is no longer available for guest use, we would like to note that there is plenty of parking located outside the unit. While mattress preferences often vary greatly by person, we do apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay. Please know that the homeowner has since added 4" thick memory-foam toppers to each of the mattresses. We?re also happy to report that the oven has been repaired, and the construction behind the home has been completed as well. Thanks again for bringing these important issues to light, as it is feedback like this that really makes a difference in how we move forward in offering the best service we possibly can to our guests and in keeping our properties in perfect shape.
