Excellent location and perfect for our family! JasonM from Cedar Hills, UT, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2012 We were here the closing week of the ski season, so Park City was much quieter than peak times. Shoulder season allowed us to take the kids skiing one day, mountain biking the next, hiking the next and swimming the next. Not only is this unit spacious and well-equipped, it has a wonderful view of the ponds and bike/walking trails in Snow Park. The beds were comfortable and the unit is well-equipped for our family of 6. We would certainly stay here again. Good: - Love the location - Beautiful views of Deer Valley and the Snow Park ponds - Bike/walking paths for the kids to rally - Very clean and tidy - Tons of space bad: - Walking up three flights of stairs with all our stuff was challenging - Parking garage has height limitations, so we couldn't pull the minivan in due to the cargo box on top |

Better than our highest expectations! NC Ski Family from Charlotte, NC, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2012 Who would have expected a three bedroom condo to be so spacious? Two roomy gathering spaces separated by the kitchen so the kids can spread out in one while the adults lounge in the other. The master bedroom is huge! Ample storage, comfortable furnishings and very clean. Lovely view to the slopes of Deer Valley. Quiet and convenient with easy access to free shuttles. Kitchen adequate but not set up for preparing a gourmet meal every night and a bit dark. Books, games and hairdryers in unit. Two kings, one queen (head of queen bed against un-airtight window so very chilly. We had to roll up a blanket to stop the draft.) Hot tub is cozy but very clean. We would definitely rent this unit again! |

Great location near the base of Deer Valley Dave from San Diego, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2012 The townhouse is great - large, comfortable, nice amenities, and everything feels brand new. I also loved the hot tub on the deck overlooking the frozen pond. The location is excellent, close to downtown Park City and the base of Deer Valley, and the other Park City ski resorts are a short drive away. I loved this place and would definitely come back. |

Another great ski vacation in Deer Valley!! Durel from Louisiana, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2011 I have been a long time customer of Utah vacation homes and they have never let me down. The condo was great and after a long day of skiing, it was nice to be two minutes away from our condo. The place was clean and comfortable, the hot tub was always ready and the kids had plenty of snow and yard to play in. Thanks for another great ski vacation. Property Manager Response: Thanks for the comments, it was great to have you back Durel. We look forward to having you stay with us again next ski season. |

Fantastic Stay Lovetoski from San Diego, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2010 We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful home. It is spacious and comfortable with stunning views of the Deer Valley ski area and the funicular leading to the St. Regis hotel. The home is well furnished with plenty of storage throughout. The location is very convenient to Deer Valley skiing and there is a frequent shuttle that picks up right outside the complex and delivers you to the slopes just minutes later. The skiing was fantastic. We had lots of powder and we were able to ski both Deer Valley and Park City. We were a party of 6 with a couple of young children. There was plenty of room for the children to roam and play. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our group. When we weren’t dining at home we enjoyed dinner at the nearby St. Regis hotel and at Purple Sage in Park City. The hot tub on the deck was an added bonus and perfect after a day on the slopes. The underground parking was much appreciated especially since we had so much snow. The property, location, views, and skiing was a winning combination. We would highly recommend this home to anyone wishing for a great location in an upscale condo in Deer Valley. |

Spring Break Retreat Jason from New York, New York, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2010 This is a very nice property in a somewhat older, established condominium complex at the base of Deer Valley. The unit has a lovely hot tub on the outside balcony. It has excellent views of the mountiain and underground parking. The bedrooms are spacious with two kinds and one queen in the third bedroom. It has only two bathrooms, which is a slight negative. It is nicely maintained. |

Very relaxing and worry free vacation NYC Skier from New York City, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2010 Utah Vacation Homes was extremely efficient (confirming by prompt e-mails all details related to our stay, providing us with written directions to the condo, etc.) and very accommodating as they managed to have the condo ready for early occupancy upon our request. The condo was clean, nice, and met all of our expectations! We highly recommend it. |

Home away from home - But better! Aimsley from California, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2010 My husband and I stayed at Fawngrove #3 with another couple and their young daughter this past weekend. We had a wonderful time and much of it was due to the lovely accommodations we booked. The townhome is beautiful, spacious and immaculate. It was nicely decorated with new furniture and had a great kitchen (complete with all the items)! The master suite is amazing and the other two rooms are comfortable with a lot of closet and dresser space for all our winter/ski clothes. Our favorite room was the living room, where we enjoyed our evenings warmed by a large and cozy fireplace. After a day out on the slopes we enjoyed the hot tub out on the deck - awesome! The location is perfect. The shuttle picked us up right away in the morning and it was just a 5 minute ride to Deer Valley, which is one of the best ski resorts I've ever been to. It had a fantastic ski school for their daughter, easy/moderate slopes for beginners/intermediates, and some excellent double black diamonds for the real pro's in our group. Their customer service really makes it a great experience. Great restaurants and shopping are just a short ride away in downtown Park City. The one drawback was we had to leave! |

Great place... will be back. sschwartz from Fernandina Beach, FL, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2010 What a great place. Plenty of room and right next to Deer Valley. The Deer Valley Shuttle pulls into the drive for loading and unloading (3 minute ride to lifts). There are actually 2 king beds and one queen which was different from the description (1 king-2 queens). This worked out perfectly. The Covered Garage was also very convenient. Lisa and the entire staff at UVH were amazing and made the trip Hassle-free. Our Only Complaint: The unit desperately needs a vent for the stove. If you try and cook anything outside of boiling water the place fills with smoke. As a chef and restaurant owner it was a great excuse to get out of doing all the cooking but it did make me nervous to stare at the sprinkler system after searing a piece of meat wondering if we would get a shower. Outside of that... it was wonderful. Very convienent and tons of space. We will be back the same 8 days next year and will book via uvh. Thanks Lisa. See you next year. |

Spacious and a nice view RJW from Silver Spring, MD, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2009 This condo was spacious for the four of us; we didn't even use the other living space at all, and each child had their own room. Close to Deer Valley and Park City. One issue with me was that the kitchen was not well lit and the counter tops/upper cabinets were too high. It was quiet with a nice view; we all had a great time skiing and relaxing. |

Dream Condo for Ski Vacation Family Fun from Sandy, Utah, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2009 This condo was incredible! Very spacious with incredible views of the mountain. Very comfortable living arrangements. We loved the huge rooms. So much area without feeling cramped. The hot tub was fun to use out on the deck. The decor was very well done. The large dining room table made it comfortable for playing games, eating meals together or for just socializing. The vaulted ceilings made this condo seem even larger. The location was perfect for getting to the ski slopes (approximately 3-4 minutes away). The bus picked us up right outside of our condo complex. We will definitely rent this condo again! |

Expensive for Sundance, could be better equipped mpsf from San Francisco, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2009 The home was generally clean and well kept. However, I found the kitchen was poorly equipped for a vacation home at this price point. There was only one large pot for cooking, and it was clearly very poorly made and very dirty. The rest of the kitchen equipment was also very poor for a house that cost over $600 per night. While I would not mind paying $300-400 per night for this house, when they jack up the rates 30-40% for Sundance, it is no longer as acceptable. Hopefully, the fact that many houses went unrented this year will encourage people to consider lowering or eliminating these premia for next year. |
