With an extremely convenient location, the Alpine Shadows condominiums offer some great amenities and an affordable price. They are easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift and the Main Street area, and the free bus stops very close to the complex.

This unit is on the top (third floor) of the complex. It is all on one level, and approximately 1500 square feet. You enter into a spacious, open kitchen, dining room and living room. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom is private to the master; the other is in the hall, has a sauna, and is shared by the second and third bedrooms. Downstairs is the common area hot tub and underground garage.

Living Room: Gas fireplace, Flat Screen HDTV, VCR, DVD, queen sofa sleeper, small balcony.

Kitchen: Spacious, well equipped for cooking, hardwood flooring.

Dining Room: Seating for 6, plus 4 barstools at kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:

Master – King bed, adjoining bathroom with 2 sinks, wood burning fireplace, Flat Screen HDTV, DVD, small balcony used mainly for firewood storage.

Second – King bed, bathroom just outside in the hall is shared with the third bedroom.

Third – Two twins, TV, VCR, bathroom just outside in the hall is shared with the second bedroom.

Hot Tub: Common area hot tub (November through March Only).

Sauna: Private Sauna in unit.

Laundry Room: Stacking washer/dryer in unit.
