The apartment itself is a part of a full sized home divided into two sections (the lower, one bedroom section is also available through Alpine Ski Properties) and this two bedroom condo is on the upper two floors. On the main level of the condo is the living room and kitchen, they are open to one another which makes for a very social environment. The separate dining room is located near the entrance of the condo and has new tile flooring. Each bedroom is located up a separate flight of stairs (**these stairs are quite steep, persons with disabilities or trouble with stairs may consider a different condo**). The master bedroom is a like a private suite with a King bed, views of uptown Park City and a full bathroom located directly across the hallway. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with a one queen bed and one twin bed. The bathroom for this bedroom is at the bottom of the stairs near the kitchen. This is a very cozy ‘skier’s retreat’ that will certainly lend itself to convenience and comfort.
Living Room: Adjoins the dining room and kitchen area to make one large space. TV, DVD, VCR. 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking meals with recently updated appliances. Adjoins dining area and living room.
Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 4, with barstool seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.
Master – King bed, TV with Cable. There is an attached balcony. A full bathroom is located directly across the hallway.
2nd- Queen and twin bed. Bathroom for this room is located downstairs, just off of the kitchen.
Hot Tub: Located in the back of the house and shared with downstairs unit.
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in mud room near the back entrance.
Parking: Two spots in the driveway are provided. Notice: street parking is not allowed in this area of Park City.
