Enjoy high speed wireless internet access. There is a full kitchen, dining for 6 at kitchen counter. Enjoy a wood burning fireplace, grill on the deck, common area hot tub and laundry facilities. This is a non-smoking property. Second floor condominium.

HOT TUB: Closed May 1st - November 1st

***Construction on Empire Avenue is scheduled to start April 15 and is expected to be completed by July 5, with the possibility of a June finish. Empire Avenue will be closed to traffic from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on weekdays during most of the construction. Full road closures are scheduled during the first three or four weeks. No work is planned on the weekends. Drivers may experience delays while the crews are working
