Recent upgrades include alder cabinetry, granite countertops, new carpeting throughout, new stone tile around the wood burning fireplace, and a completely remodeled bathroom. The deck just off of the living room has fantastic views of Park City Mountain Resort. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooked meals, including a dishwasher. The dining area has seating for 3 people at the bar with 2 additional spaces at a small table off of the living room.
