Cottage is located in cottage village with several other cottages which are, however, far from each other. There is a connecting boat, the Viken, going to Björkholma island (35 ha) 6 times a day. It is also possible to drive to the location. This cottage shares its shore with another one. Shallow swimming shore, deep shore and sturdy jetty for boats, also fish-gutting place. From cottage to shore 30 m.
Board-clad basic cottage, spacious living room/kitchen, 3 small bedrooms. Yard area is rocky and light. There is alo its own permanent wood-coal-fired grill at the cottage.
Owner rents out fishing tackle/gear, rowing and motor boats and also sells fishing permits. Close to good fishing waters. Owner has a taxi boat which can be hired for trips to e.g. Gullkrona.
There are alo shared roofed grill, washing room, children's play park and a mini golf course in the area.
In area is owner's archipelago chapel (for 40 persons) which can be booked for e.g. weddings or memorial services.
