Im Haus finden Sie ein Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz, der in Verbindung mit der offenen Küche liegt, drei Schlafzimmer, einen Hems und ein Badezimmer mit Whirlpool und Wickelplatz. Draußen erwartet Sie eine teilweise überdachte Terrasse. Das Haus ist gut isoliert und verfügt über eine Wärmepumpe, so werden die Energiekosten minimiert. Das Wohnzimmer ist hell, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die großen Fensterflächen sorgen für einen schönen Lichteinfall. Zur Unterhaltung ist ein Aktivitätstisch aufgestellt, auf dem man Billard, Kicker oder Airhockey spielen kann. Das Naturgrundstück ist teilweise von Bäumen und Büschen umgeben und somit schön abgeschirmt. Hier befinden sich Fußballtor und Trampolin (Nutzung auf eigene Gefahr). Der Strand bei Rødhus zählt zu den besten der Nordwestküste und man erreicht ihn über angelegte Pfade. Es sind etwa 5 km bis Blokhus.
