Great location, beautiful home with great Interior space and design. We loved it all and it was everything it was promised to be :) We had plenty of room for our family... 4 adults, 2 married, one 2 year old granddaughter . We all had our own space and plenty of togetherness too. We elected to stay close to the beach this year with the little one and the golf cart use really helped get all the chairs, etc. to the beach as well as Lily. Hopefully we can do another (2nd annual) family vacation here next year and we know there's plenty to do on the area. Great Place to stay A guest from Pasadena, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 I would have given it 5 stars all the way except that when we got there, the smoke alarms were beeping and the thermostat on lowest floor also needed new batteries. We had to head out and purchase those immediately. That was really just a small blip on our over-all experience. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had most everything we needed to cook our meals. It was nicely roomy. A good time was had by all. Stayed for 6 days in October, 2012 We usually stay right on the beach but since we had a larger group (10 total) this time we needed a bigger place. Having three boys ages 9, 11 and 13 I was concerned about being across the street from the beach but it was no problem at all. In fact, it was nice to be forced sometimes to have to walk and get the exercise. Having the golf cart was great. The house was gorgeous! Softball in Panama A guest from Seffner, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 What a awesome place. Very clean very nice neighborhood. The only thing I can say that wasn't good is the pots and pans difficult to cook in being a non cooker! But I would definately stay here again. B.E.A.C.H. - Best Escape Anyone Can Have A guest from Dayton, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2012 This was my first experience with an online vacation rental (VRBO) and it exceeded my expectations. Communication with property management was timely, professional with a written contract and clear check-in/check-out instructions. Our week at the beach was an awesome escape especially when surrounded by a stylish home with beautiful interiors; everything new & high end. We enjoyed relaxing at the gulf front pool and having the coded gate entry for easy pool/beach access. Plus having the golf cart to toll around in was an extra special perk. This rental property is close to the airport; approximately 19 miles. I'd recommend this property and we enjoyed our visit to PCB,FL.
