At Tidewater. This was opened in 2008 and it looks just as good as it did when it opened. It's a first class first rate Panama City Beach vacation rental propoerty. Here's the highlight film on this first class resort. It?s got a beach that?s over a football field wide. It?s got pools all over the place. Including an indoor heated one if you're planning on coming here in the off-season. Tidewater Beach is a family playground that?s just simply the best. It?s a place for picnics, cool ocean breezes, suntans, surfing, long walks, bonfires, surf fishing, crabbing, volleyball, countless hours of summertime fun, sunrises, sunsets and shimmering stars.

Is this place BIG! Get this! There are 4 huge bedrooms (one being a bunk room)
The MAIN MASTER BEDROOM is front and center on the beach with access to the balcony. It's beautiful! Got a really comfortable KING bed. The private bath has a shower AND a garden tub. There's a walk in closet, too. Big 32' TV with a DVD. How cool. And, you just wonder out and your on the balcony. Man, what a master this is!!! You'll enjoy going to sleep with the sound of the waves. It?s awesome!
SECOND MASTER BEDROOM also has a KING. There's a private bath here too. What a great relaxing space. Check out he pictures of the décor. Come on in from the beach and it will welcome you to lie back and relax. It's got a 27' TV and DVD, too.
The THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has a double sized bed and tropical artwork accessorizing the room. Nicely furnished as you?ll see from the photos.
FOURTH BEDROOM is a kid friendly room that has TWO SETS OF bunks and a play area so that they have a great time comfortably.
This beachfront condo also has a handy washer and dryer for your convenience.
The kitchen has a wrap around granite counter with bar stools so that you can grab a snack or a full meal. The kitchen's is nicely equipped with everything from a micro wave to a coffee pot. And all the stuff in between. The dishes are Corelle they're first rate. And the fridge will even give you crushed ice. How's that for creature comforts!?!
You'll love the big dining table. It seats 6 with plenty of room to spread out. This isn't like one of those postage stamp condos. This has room to spare.
With four bedrooms and three baths you?ve got room for 13. And if you're really looking for a first class resort and a condo with lots of luxury, this is the one for you.
But you better hurry. Tidewater rents fast and this is one of the best vacation rentals in the building. Don't wait and miss out.

However, whom ever the engineers of the elevator systems for this building was so far off it was the most frustrating stay I've ever experienced. Another huge problem was the internet services. The owner of our condo was so kind and tried to do what he could for us. The layout of the 3BR+bunk was very large and comfortable everyone always ended up at our place. On Sat. when we were trying to ck. in there was at least an hour + wait elevator line that we left a day early to avoid. A guest in the GARAGE gave me a heads up about packing the car the night before. It didn't seem to matter to anyone (maintenance) when I was hauling 2 two year olds, beach bags chairs coolers and beach toys up 3 flights of stairs enough said. There was mold around the base of the shower, the floors were sticky, and the carpet was dirty and NOT vacuumed. I could tell it hadn't been vacuumed because there were still stuff on the floor I picked up. Also all the base boards had a build up of dirt on them and the counters were just plain dirty. I would recommend this property mainly because how friendly everybody was and the location, but recommend the person to clean before they enjoy their stay. Had a problem with the door code, but the management quickly gave us resolution. The beds and bedroom furniture were great...comfortable and room sizes great too. The living room and dining room furniture need replacement as they are worn. There is only one bar stool...with such a wonderful bar, there needs to be about 5 added. The kitchen was fine except the can opener didn't work so we had to buy a cheapie. Could use a few more baking pans, but was otherwise sufficient for hosting thanksgiving for about 24 people. The coffee table w/pull out footstools helped with overflow seating. The deck furniture is very nice, but the table is too big and should be traded for two smaller tables for greater flexibility. Its also time to trade the carpet for tile. The wireless internet was fairly poor most of the time...thankfully I wasn't there on a working vacation so it wasn't an issue for me. Sounds like I am complaining a lot...but really, I would stay here again...the complaints are for management so they know it is time to update...but the unit is still a great unit and I would stay here again. Did I mention the view? Wonderful!! Balcony wraps from beach side to pool side...the extra windows are a pleasure as well. You cannot beat this unit for spaciousness, functionality, location (easy in and out to PCB), shopping, extra amenities....only the furnishings are showing wear...something I can live with considering all the other pluses! There was concrete broken around the pool area. Elevators took too long to maneuver for 30 floors. The Endless Summer rest was very good with a great staff. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. There was not enough linens to accommodate 13 people. The owner of the condo was very gracious to check on us a couple of days to assure our satisfaction. Good Stay at Tidewater 301 Jay C. from Albany, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2010 Overall, we had a good stay. However, there were areas for improvement. Unit was large and had an extra set of bunkbeds that I did not know about which was a plus. On the negative side, the carpet needs replacing and the living room furniture could be better. Door on pantry in kitchen would not stay on its track. Elevators were slow. Kitchen could have been stocked better. DVD player in living room did not work properly. This last comment is for Tidewater in general and not specific to the room. Guests should not be allowed to set up tents on the beach. When a storm blew up, one these tents rolled over our group on the beach. Luckily, no one was injured. These tents junk up the beach and should be banned due to the hazard they pose and the eyesore that they create. The condo is spacious, has good beds, and all amenities. Only negative thing was that the gauzy sheets were too small to stay in place on the mattresses. Over the years we have stayed at many places on the PC beach, but this was the best one yet. Very well maintained. Plan to return to the Tidewater in the future. The condo was so pretty and we loved that it was on the 3rd floor. It was perfect! We had a great view of the gulf and the pool. There couldn't have been a more perfect location. Can't wait to come back! Our only complaint was the paper id tags we had to wear. I was glad to hear they did away with those. Just wish it could have been before we got there.
