King, queen, sofa sleeper, and queen or 2 twins. Unit sleeps 8.
Overall Property Description:
Sunrise Beach features an elevated Gulf front deck with two large tropical pools, one which is heated seasonally. There are two hot tubs, as well as a water play area for children. A fitness center overlooking the Gulf and pool area, a meeting room, and covered parking are additional resort amenities. All of the units in this Gulf front high rise face the water and boast amenities such as marble baths, granite countertops, and private washers and dryers. Whirlpool baths are an available option as well. One exceptional benefit is that all the vacation rentals at Sunrise Beach Resort feature Gulf front balcony access from both the living room and the master bedroom, an amenity not found at many other area resorts. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees.
