And I am a kid again. That how Splash Resort Condominiums makes you feel. There?s nothing like this place. If family vacation is what you?re looking for, if keeping the kids occupied is what you?re looking for, if getting wet is what you?re looking for, then SPLASH is what you?re looking for. This awesome resort opened in 2007 and it filled up right away. Why? Because it was perfect for what Panama City Beach is all about ? families.
But let me tell you about the beach. The Splash beachfront is bigger than a football field wide and it?s all sugar white sand beach that graduates to the most beautiful emerald color water that you?ll find anywhere. So just come on down and stretch out in the sun or take a dip in the Gulf. Here you can relax while the kids dive into big fun! There?s other neat little special things for you too. There?s so much around that you probably won?t want to leave the property.
Man is this place big! It isn?t just big, it?s bea-u-ti-ful. It?s got really interesting décor. If you didn?t look out the windows (which is hard to do because theres? lots of great views of the beach) you?d think you were in an uptown condo. It?s really cool. And, it really makes the most of the room in every room. There?s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that?s not why you?ll pick this condo. It?s got great views. Plain and simple.
The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. And there?s a nice love seat right next to it. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at it has a big flat screen TV, looks like a 35? and don?t forget the DVD player. It lets you play movies when you?re beached out. Or, surf the net with the wireless connection.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a huge king size bed.. And the bed?s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It?s really spacious. There?s another TV and a DVD player.
The 2nd MASTER has a king too! How about that!?! And it?s really roomy.
The 3rd Bedroom is a kid friendly suite that?s got a queen-sized bed and twin over twin bunks. It has its' own balcony for a place to get away.
The KITCHEN?s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you?re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you?ve got everything you need to please the family. There?s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bite before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone?s got a seat at the table. No kid?s table here.
The LAUNDRY area?s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze. These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 10 with 3 complete full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it?s priced right too. You can?t go wrong at Splash. It?s got everything you want in a beach condo for a beach vacation anytime.

Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 The rooms we stayed in was a great place to stay, plenty of room and bathrooms. We have stayed here three times before, We are looking forward to returning again next year if the price is still affordable. The only thing I can complain about was there was black mold at the air vent in the bedroom and the carpet really needed to be cleaned, we had a 13 month old toddler crawling. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2013 It was overall a three star...first got in room was not clean.Then was not told have to supply our own toilet tissue n towels to bathe.The splash water park was soo cold the kids couldn't play in it..I guess that's only good for hot summer months.The sleeper bed was ran down felt every spring on bed. Down the road away from the Spring break chaos but yet not to far from Pier Park. Kids pools and lazy river need to be warmer. Our 4 year old grand daughter wouldn't even go in them. The kiddie splash area was not working while we were there, but probably was not warm anyways. If these were heated, there probably would have been more room for adults in the hot tub which was always filled with children. Water Park closed - BIG disappointment - no compensation given A guest from collinsville, AL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2012 Condo 3br/3b had plenty of room for our family 5adults +1 two yr. Water park worked for l day& even then water was COLD. The outside pool was warm only when the sun shined. Washer & dryer in condo was excessively noisy but worked. Wish we had been on a lower floor.Tried several times to contact Best Beach GetAways, put on hold, no return call. Splash would not compensate because we used agency torent. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2011 We stayed at this location in January and loved it! we pretty much had the entire place to our selves, rarely saw another person in the pool, nice for us w/ 2 kids. They had all the pools and kids areas open, so if you were daring enough to enter in the cold, you could:) but they had a great heated out door pool that we used, even when it was 50* out, it felt awesome! and the hot tub was really good too. Our one "major" complaint, was the internet and lack of area information when we got there, it too us a solid 3 day in order to get the internet working, and then upon arrival there was no information for us. ex. land line #, area attractions, maps...etc..... would have been nice to have a lil' welcome package, w/ some of those things included, and a tv guide, since there was no way of knowing what the local channels were. Other than those couple of things, the place was great, super clean, and loved it!!! looking forward to visiting again! Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced (too many stains) and we found trash on the floors around the beds & couch (did anyone vaccum). outside balcony needed to be mopped (very sticky with spilled drinks). Great location, great view, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. Loved the floor plan. Condo itself needs more elevators, luggage carts & air conditioning on the crosswalk since it takes 20 minutes to get to your car.
