There are also washers and dryers for your convenience. All you need to bring is you- and maybe a bathing suit or two. Watercrest boasts resort-style amenities including a large heated pool with expansive sun decks, a clubhouse, two lighted tennis courts, exercise rooms and more. Little ones will enjoy splashing in the kiddie pool. Located nearby is St. Andrews State Park, where guests can sun, swim, kayak and more. Bay Point Golf Course is less than three miles away, so be sure to bring your clubs. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, including popular Schooners and Captain Andersons. Minimum age at check-in is 25. If guest does not meet age requirement then guest will not be permitted to go further onto property. Guests will also be asked to pay cleaning fee and security deposit before room keys will be given out. Max occupancies are as follows- 2 bedroom/2 bathroom sleeps 6. Please note that each reservation will only be allowed a maximum of two vehicles per unit. A 6 percent reservation fee will be charged at the time of check-in. This fee is based on the total cost of the reservation. There is a non-refundable USD 45.00 limited damage waiver due at check-in.
