Brand new in March 2007 and beautifully decorated, this unit welcomes you with comfortable luxury. Large and inviting entryway welcomes you to kick back on your vacation by leaving the golf clubs, sandals, surf board and flip flops as you enter the condo. The unit is decorated with a warm and upscale yet beachy and inviting feel. The living room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and chairs. There?s a large television with DVD player and surround sound ? all this with a gorgeous view from the sliding glass doors and direct access to the main balcony.
MASTER BEDROOM features king size bed and private bath. Large bathroom features garden tub and separate shower. The upscale bed and coordinating furnishings are beautiful with cheerful colors and fun artwork. This bedroom features a 27? TV with DVD player as well. Sliding glass doors open right out to the main balcony and gorgeous beach view. Just listen to the peaceful waves!
SECOND MASTER BEDROOM also has a queen over queen-sized set of beds. Lovely wood toned furnishings, attractive artwork and a large TV welcome you to lie back and relax.
These bedrooms along with the PULLOUT SLEEPER SOFA in the living room allow the unit to sleep 8 comfortably with 2 total baths.
The open KITCHEN area has beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. Sturdy DINING table seats six (6) with seating for three (3) more at the granite bar. From the kitchen, dining room area and living room look right out to the panhandle?s sugar white sands and emerald green waters.
Picture yourself viewing the emerald green vista of the Gulf of Mexico and the Dan Russell Fishing Pier from your balconies This is an end unit facing out over the beach. The main balcony features two sets of sliding glass doors that give direct access from both the living room and main master bedroom. Remember each bedroom has its own balcony! The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to a wonderful day - - - or the beginning of an exciting evening. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch the action on Front Beach Road.

Splash -Unit 902E February, 2013 Miriam W. from Fenwick, MI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 28 days in February, 2013 This unit was not clean, carpets, upholstery, and floors needed cleaning. Upon our arrival, which by the way was nine days later than we planned due to some medical issues, we found dirty dishes in the sink, the phone wasn't connected and we were told it wouldn't be connected until the following month, the internet wasn't connected and we were told it wouldn't be connected until April, two months after the month we paid for; there were very few dishes and pots and pans in the unit (later, after we complained, a complete set of each was brought in) the slipper chair upholstery had a large tear in it; there were no mattress pads on the beds; two kitchen lights were burned out, and the one "reading" light had only a 40 watt bulb in it; the second bedroom had a lamp and clock, but there wasn't any plug near enough to plug them in (later a extension outlet was brought in) the air conditioner wasn't working; the bathtub drain in the master bathroom wasn't working (it was later fixed). I sent a letter to Mr. Jim DeVos about the problems but never hear from him. There were several little things, like the hair dryer in the 2nd bathroom, which wouldn't stay in its rack; only three chairs out on the deck, etc. I would never pay $1,566.08 a month to rent from Splash again! I have rented many other places, this was the worst I have ever been in. A good thought, but not again Brad and Jamie C. from Rockford, AL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 10 days in September, 2012 The overall room was average, needed general painting and maintanence. The kitchen dishes and cabinets had food crumbs and remnants. There were only 2 glasses, the rest were missing(plenty of coffee mugs). The second day of our stay the slides, hot tub and indoor pool were all closed for the remaining 8 days we were there. I called and Cydni was VERY helpful, this was a concern of mine because of other online reviews. She assured me there is not a problem. I realize this is unforseen, however, I was not contacted, and called best beach getaways myself and asked to be compensated. At the time the resort said it should be fixed by Friday, so I asked for an extra night, which they allowed. The waterpark slides, and that whole side remained closed, and said it might be several weeks. We could have stayed numerous other places for 1/3 to 1/2 less than this resort, and been just as well off. We stayed here ONLY for the waterpark area. This was a HUGE disappointment to us and the 2 kids...hard to explain to a 5 year old whose been looking at these pics for 2 mths that it doesn't work. THank goodness we had good weather for the beach. Otherwise it would have ruined everything! I still feel as though we should have been compensated for our loss in some other was than just one free night (the condo was not rented after us, and would have sat empty anyway, that didn't hurt anyone's pocket book). Then the code for the room was not extended for the extra night, and we were locked out of the room for 30minutes with 2 children that had fallen asleep in the car, we walked all the way to the room only to find that we had no access. I had to find the emergency # and wait for it to be reaccessed. Not a GOOD thing for me and my husband. A very frustrating time and still didn't get what we paid for! amenities Vickie B. from Covington, TN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2010 The amenities compared to the other condos that I have stayed in were very low rate. Very few towels, no linens for the extra pillows or pullout bed. There was not even an initial garbage bag in the kitchen container.The dryer made the most awful squeaking noise so that you could not even use it unless you were out of the unit. I was very dissatisfied with this unit and will not ever rent one owned by these people again. vacation 2010 A guest from Lenoir City, TN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2010 we had lovely beach weather, a friendly helpful staff although, since we rented from an owner, we were at a disadvantage since the resort is a considered a different business. We were only provided with one card key at checkin but our card became decoded and we were locked out of our room(11:00 at nite) and the security guard did not have access to our room info but the mgr did call 4 authorizaton 4 him to let us into our room. Some changes in this would be helpful. Lazy river pool was closed ALL WEEK!REALLY! Room 902E really needs some tlc and updating. We were really dissapointed when we saw the room. Cleaning service needs to learn how to look for dust and mold in showers. Location good. Beach and pool area well kept. But we will probably stay else were 4 the $ next year even tho we will be returning 2 PCB. Loved Splash, could've been a better equipped unit Camille R. from Midland, GA recommends this property.
