Brand new in March 2007 and beautifully decorated, this unit welcomes you with comfortable luxury. Large and inviting entryway welcomes you to kick back on your vacation by leaving the golf clubs, sandals, surf board and flip flops as you enter the condo. The unit is decorated with a warm and upscale yet beachy and inviting feel. The living room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and chairs. There?s a large television with DVD player and wireless internet ? all this with a gorgeous view from the sliding glass doors and direct access to the main balcony.
MASTER BEDROOM features king size bed and private bath. The upscale bed and coordinating furnishings are beautiful with cheerful colors and fun artwork. This bedroom features a TV with DVD player as well. Sliding glass doors open right out to the main balcony and gorgeous beach view. Just listen to the peaceful waves!
BUNK AREA puts a fun twist on traditional bunks. We?ve added a trundle bunk so that this area sleeps 3 rather than the usual 2.
These bedrooms along with the PULLOUT SLEEPER SOFA in the living room allow the unit to sleep 7 comfortably with 2 total baths.
The open KITCHEN area has beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. From the kitchen, dining area and living room you can look right out to the panhandle?s sugar white sands and emerald green waters.
Picture yourself viewing the emerald green vista of the Gulf of Mexico and the Dan Russell Fishing Pier from your balconies This is an end unit facing out over the beach. The main balcony features two sets of sliding glass doors that give direct access from both the living room and main master bedroom. Remember each bedroom has its own balcony! The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to a wonderful day - - - or the beginning of an exciting evening. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch the action on Front Beach Road.

Nice trip, but will NOT return to Splash A guest from Bella Vista, AR does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2012 Best Beach Getaways was great, reservations, check in-out was very easy. The condo was what they said it was. However, SPLASH was the worst condo I've ever stayed at. I've been going to Panama City Beach my whole life & this was the worst condo. There was trash EVERYWHERE!!! In the pools & even more on the Beach. The hot tub was always Yellow-Brown & looked very un-clean. The elevators were always out of order. We had to wait 30 minutes just to get to our floor. The only complaint I have with our room was that there was not any bedding for the sleeper sofa. We had to go buy blankets for it. Overall our trip was good, but we will not return to Splash. Not the best, not the worst A guest from Leesburg, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2012 Dirty/dusty under furniture. Poor excuse for a mop (which i had to use along w/ the vacuum to clean b/c i didn't want anybody to think that I made that mess). Very few kitchen ware items, and the ones that were there were old or broken. No extra sheets. Just really nothing special overall. Tried to make the best of my only summer family vacation though, although, the property was disappointing. It would have been helpful to have one extra roll of toilet tissue in the bathrooms, but that's about it. The chairs on the balcony were not that clean, but no big deal, we just cleaned them off. There were not enough linens to make the sofa bed. There was no trundle under the bunk bed which was the only reason I choose this unit. spring break 4/3-4/10 A guest from Roswell, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2010 Had a great time! Read reviews about the property regarding the wait time for elevators - we had no problems at all. The wait was under five minutes during high volume times (check in and lunchtime). The unit was pretty clean. The carpet needed to be cleaned. The kitchen was stocked with kitchen utensils we needed to eat in all week. We were able to check in early. The early check in really helped since we have three children. The only problem we experienced was entering the unit. The battery in the door lock had to be replaced causing us to wait outside the unit for about an hour. The description of the room was not correct. The description labeled the room as having a balcony from the master. The master viewed inland. The description also stated there was a trundle under the bottom bunk. There was storage instead. We were charged a cleaning fee for a two bedroom but only rented a one bedroom. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
