Our house comfortably sleeps up to 20 people, and our 3-car garage holds all your beach toys, too! Heaven on Earth brings the outdoors inside -- but without the heat or bugs! -- in our giant lanai. This amazing space includes a large heated swimming pool, adjacent heated spa, and vast deck area. It's the perfect place for a party, with windows on 3 sides as well as overhead! You'll feel as though you're up in the clouds in this exquisite space.
Perfect for family reunions or several families vacationing together, Heaven on Earth contains 3 master suites -- one on each floor! Each contains a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd floor master suites offer ocean views, too -- sliding glass doors leading out to sun-baked patios where you can inhale the zesty sea breeze and hear the low murmur of the surf!
In addition to the 3 master suites, there are 4 other bedrooms, one of which is a den with sleeper sofa. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, and beautiful ocean views from the adjoining patio. Another contains 2 queen-size beds. And the third is a kids' paradise, with 2 sets of bunkbeds! As a bonus, the loft is a great hang-out space for kids or teens, with comfy chairs and a cozy, secluded feel.
Even if you are traveling with a party of 20, you will never feel crowded at Heaven on Earth. There are simply too many separate areas, indoors and outdoors, all of them appealing. (Not to mention 5½ bathrooms, so nobody has to stand in line in the morning!)

We had a core group for the week and rotated others throughout the stay. House worked very well for that. Beach was gorgeous and deserted! Rental company was very responsive. Constructive criticism: need Current area maps and literature - printed. Refrigerator door needs attention ( we did not report this), freezer ice maker needs a lot of help. We did follow the instructions regarding filling it etc. Desperately need beach chairs, the pool chairs are heavy and not really conducive for the beach. Excellent garages, house very quiet. Great Family Vacation at Heaven on Earth Christina S. from Norman, OK recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2012 We had a great time at Heaven on Earth. The house was huge and gave our family (15 people) plenty of room to spread out. Just about every bedroom had a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and we were treated to a beautiful ocean sunrise each morning without having to leave the house. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. The house also has an elevator which comes in handy when moving luggage in from the bottom floor to the third floor, and with anyone who has problems climbing stairs. The beach couldn't be any easier to get to via the boardwalk just out the back door. The house is located in a very quiet gated community that gives you the feeling of being secluded, but Palm Coast and just about everything you might need is just a few minutes away. It's an easy hour and a half drive to Disney World and just 25 minutes away from historic St. Augustine, which made it an ideal home base for a family vacation. There were a handful of minor technical issues, but all of them were addressed immediately. We had a problem with the gas grill. The ignitor did not work but we were able to light it manually. But even then, the grill did not function properly and it took longer than usual to cook. If you plan to do any grilling, this is an important consideration. Also, while the house is advertised as sleeping 20 people, be advised that four of those people will be sleeping on sofa beds that are very uncomfortable. Overall, we loved the house and had a great time. We would definitely consider renting it again on the future. This mansion is right on the beach and has room for multiple families. The house wasn't clean and we were disappointed. VRpros said they would discount us on the cleaning fee (they have not done so as of now but suspect they will). I would certainly return to this house given its amazing location and size. The musty smell from the old carpets and mild wear and tear on the property does not effect having a good time. When we called about elevator later that day, they promptly sent over help to assist us (operator error) and were very gracious ! Only thing needed was more silverware and wash cloths. Great location but less than impressive beach home A guest from Jacksonville, Florida does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2012 Multi-Generational Family Celebration. Not what you would expect for a beach property in this price point in our family's opinion with several issues surrounding working air conditioning on all three levels (all three fixed on last night of stay), non-working outdoor grill (no tank although someone left two used mini table top grills) and no WiFi connection (as identified in listing). It should be noted that the local property manager was very helpful and expressed concern which made the issues somewhat easier to tolerate but disappointing non the less when reading other reviews that identified similar issues. We were, however, disappointed that the pool was not heated as the web indicated, the dryer did not work properly and the kitchen should have been better equipped. I was most unhappy that we called the management company twice to request the temp. in the pool be raised and was assured we would be called back to resolve the matter. I never received a return call and therefore we were unable to use the pool as it was just to cold. There were not enough chairs or space so I had to entertain my family next door at Casa la Duna. The repair person couldn't raise the hurricane shutters so the living room was dark all week. Thankfully the ocean was warm because the 'heated' pool was icy and totally unuseable. Lots of dead love bugs inside the house and lots of dead 'bigger' bugs outside. Clearly nobody checked the properties before we arrived.It wouldn't take much to bring this house up to standard but as it is..........sorry I can't recommend it. We were disappointed in the appointments and had repair issues. We called the first day about the tv not working in the downstairs master. It was not working when we left. The Spa also did not heat and when the property manager checked it out she implied it was our fault for incorrect settings. She reset it and it still never heated above 94 degrees. The bunk bed had broken slats that we repaired and the linens were inadequate. We had a number of additional issues that were handled by the property management. The outdoor area was so lovely but the outdoor furniture was sparse and cheap. This home could be so great with some furniture/kitchenware upgrading and repairs to the areas mentioned. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2011 The house was a great size for our group AND had a pool, which was a must, but sleeping 20 people as advertised was misleading. That would mean 2 people in each pull out sofa and they were pitiful as far as comfort goes. The bunk beds were like sleeping on cement blocks too. The other beds were very comfortable though.Had an issue w/the AC, but the property manager had that fixed very quickly. A bunch of light bulbs were out (master closet so you couldn't see at all), but didn't feel like having to deal w/that on vacation, so just dealt w/it. Elevator got stuck multiple times while we were there, so just stopped using it. Pool heater must've been on when we got there because it was 100 degrees for the 1st 3 days until the pool got serviced mid week.The tv/living area needs more seating. Barely any room for anyone to sit down and add'l patio seating would be great.The lanai/pool area was dirty when we got there (the grill had food on it!). The cleaning people were running behind and I mentioned it to them, so they tidied up some and added water to the pool for us, even though they don't usually do that. Overall though, the lanai never seemed clean. Needs a good power wash, etc...This is our first experience renting a house, so I think next time I'd just make sure I see the house beforehand.Don't get me wrong, my family had a blast. The weather was terrific. We had a wonderful time. It was nice to have a swimming pool as well as the beach. The sunrises were magnificent. Pamela H. from Augusta, GA recommends this property. The only really negative about the place was the brokern refridgerator. The small replacement in the foyer was not larger enough and had no icemaker. Buying ice every other day was somewhat inconvenient. Overall, though, we enjoyed ourselves immensely and would not hesitate to plan another family vacation there. The following were some problems that should be addressed:(1) the dishwasher was not working so we had to do dishes for 11 adults until Thursday. I did suspect that had not been reported. Many in our party thought we should be compensated for this. (2) the large refrigerater was broken and a smaller one placed in teh entrance hall. This would have been a problem if 20 guests had been using the property. (3) There were not enough towels and washclothes or extra sheets for 11 people let alone 20 as advertised. (4) The kitchen was beautiful but there was not enough pots and pans and cooking and baking pans to cook for 11 people let alone 20.An additional suggestion, would be to have an instruction book to explain the setup for the hot tub and pool heating system. Justin, the property manager, was very helpful and VERY pleasant everytime we called. It would not have been as pleasant a stay without his help. Beautiful Home, with Gorgeous Ocean View Amy T. from North Little Rock, Arkansas recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2010 Words cannot express how beautiful this piece of property is. The gorgeous home, magnificent pool, and stunning ocean view was amazing for the intimate beach wedding we had. During the ceremony, we were blessed by a rainbow in the sky, dolpins swimming in the ocean, and a shrimp boat out at sea, which I have been told all three is to bring good luck. It was a fabulous experience and I am so glad I choose this rental property to have the wedding of my dreams. Private and intimate with the people I love and care about the most. It was fabulous, the staff was outstanding and I wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for everything!!
