The main level is essentially one large open space encompassing the great room, dining area, and kitchen. The study, while still open to the other rooms, is tucked into an alcove to provide a modicum of privacy.

On the second level enjoy not one, but two master suites, each complete with a luxurious bathroom that include a separate shower and whirlpool tub. In addition, there are two more oversized secondary bedrooms which share access to a screen porch. A spacious rec room serves as a gathering space on this floor.

On the third level is a cozy built in seat and bar area with an outdoor balcony that's perfect for taking in sunrise or sunset views.

Palm Vista House at Cinnamon Beach Debbie R. from Middletown, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 9 days in May, 2013 Rental company was awesome and took care of any needs right away. Although property was not very clean when we arrived. House itself was okay and awesome location, but cleanliness was not on the top of the owners list. It needed a deep deep cleaning overall and toilets and showers etc were not clean. Home owners do not have this house properly set up to rent. Personal items were everywhere and much clutter for a rental. Too many cabinets were full of odds and ends. No open pantry. We had to move things to put food away. Could be a great rental with a little effort from the owners. Also, we were told there were tvs in most rooms. There were large heavy ones in the closets and we had to hook them up and find places to set them. Maybe this review will help them make some changes.
