When it?s time to come inside, there?s plenty to do and beautiful spaces to do it in. On the second floor, gather in the family room to play games and search the Internet on our 55" LED TV and X-Box 360 with motion sensors and 3 controllers. This is a gorgeous room, filled with windows, boasting a coffered ceiling and beautiful fireplace in addition to all the lounging space and state-of-the-art electronics. Enjoy!
Adjacent to the family room are the dining area and kitchen. Rely on our well-stocked, contemporary kitchen with GE Monogram appliances. There's plenty of room in here for several cooks, plus helpers at the 4-person breakfast bar. You'll love the island workspace, stove, double sink, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils we've provided. There's even a handy desk, just in case you want to set up the laptop and check the opening times of your next sightseeing attraction.
Also on the second floor is one of two master suites, with a king sized Tommy Bahama bed, 42" flat-screen smart LED TV, and French doors leading to the balcony. From here you have lovely views of the lake and golf course. The en-suite master bath contains dual vanities and both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
The second master suite is conveniently located on the first floor. It too boasts a king-sized bed and a 37? flat-screen TV, not to mention an en-suite bath with a vessel sink and walk-in shower. Everything is accessible in this suite, and the pool is just steps away via French doors. Begin the day with a refreshing splash, water aerobics, or a leisurely walk around the beautiful grounds!
There are 2 more bedrooms on the first floor. One has a queen-sized bed in a lovely antique-style four-poster frame, along with a 32? LED TV and lovely appointments. The other is perfect for the kids,a set of bunkbeds that are both featuring full-size mattresses, plus a 32? LED TV to keep the troops entertained. Plenty of space for the whole gang at Morning Glory!
And as a special bonus, the first floor also offers a parlor, a lovely place for conversation, reading, and movie-watching. It features a 37? flat-screen LED TV with an Internet-connected Blu-Ray/DVD player. Use it as a teen hangout or even as another bedroom ? the comfy sofa converts into a queen-sized bed. French doors lead out to the patio from this room.

Beautiful home & property Lacy J. from League City, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 The house was beautiful, as were the furnishings. Only a short walk to the club house and beach, which offered nice amenities, including 2 pools and a gym. My only complaint is that the pool company that came to service the pool on the Friday before we left did something that turned off the heater to the hot tub. We didn't realize it until Friday evening and I called the maintenance people (who did come by), but there was nothing they could do to help us since the pool company was unavailable after 5pm. Would have been nice to have that last night in the hot tub, but oh well. It was an overall great place to stay, we would come back. 2 wonderful weeks at Cinnamon Beach Elizabeth F. from Woodstock, CT recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in April, 2013 Lovely home, especially for a larger group. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and do their own thing. The house was equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, including an outdoor grill and a wine "cellar"! The location was excellent- just a short walk to the beach. The pool and spa were wonderful, except we had trouble keeping the pool at a consistent temp- and weren't able to get the water feature working. Regardless, the kids loved the pool, especially at night when the lights in the water put on their own show. We used Sandy Andys to rent baby and beach stuff and the service we received (not to mention the high quality rental items) was superb. A couple of minor improvements- there should be more poolside seating available (good thing we rented beach chairs), the walk-in shower in the master needs a good cleaning, the house could use a working vacuum cleaner and the pool people (who come on Fridays) could be a little friendlier. An Ideal Spot for a Family Vacation A guest from New Orleans, LA recommends this property. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beach and two pools made for wonderful days of sun, fun, swimming, and relaxation. Just a few minor suggestions: The front bedroom with the twin beds needs more lighting - the one small tabletop lamp is insufficient for reading. Also, we could not get the dvd player in the master bedroom to work, and the tv in the master bedroom is a bit dated. Those concerns aside -- we could not have found a better place for a beach holiday! Our only disappointment is that the kitchen would not be what we would call "well equipped", several pertinent pieces of equipment was not provided. Also, the sand wash down area near the beach access was not working, so there was nowhere to wash our feet. We also thought the rules were a bit excessive (such as not hanging towels on the balcony). The condo we stayed in was nice but it advertised a tv in every bedroom the only bedroom with one was the master. This was inconvinent with having 2 children with us. Our building was way to far from everything, had to drive up to the pool and a pretty good walk to the beach when you have alot of stuff. Don't listen to the other reviews of the beach it is beautiful. The rocks in the water are minimal and you can see them, once you get by them its perfect.the light over the stove did not work and the guy never came to fix it. Would have liked to golf but it looks like you have to buy 8 rounds minimim. Would go back again but i recommend staying in building 700 or 800 so you are closer to the beach and club house. The area is layed back and relaxing and not far from everything. for the price well worth the money. The overall stay was nice. Cleanliness was average but nothing reall y special. The floors and bathrooms could have been cleaner Tim E. from Homestead, FL recommends this property. The overall facility was lovely. However, the city of Palm Coast was marginal at best mostly due to a lack of good restaurants and shopping. It was very clean, had super nice furnishings, and a great view of the golf course and ocean. The price was more than fair for this particular place, the pictures don't do it justice. The staff of VRP were always very helpful and prompt when we needed anything. We will definatley look to rent from VRP again. Our only complaint - we were not told the truth regarding the location of the condo. It is quite a bit farther from Daytona than the staff verbalized to us. Overall, there is no better choice for a family vacation, but next year we will choose something else for bike week. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2008 we had a great time...very relaxing and lots of things to do just inside the property. My family's only wish was that the pools would stay open later for night swims. 142 cinnamon beach A guest from Sullivan, MO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2008 Pros: the condo was beautiful. very comfortable and furnished kitchen was very nice.Cons: had to pay $150.00 cleaning fee & $45.00 damage waiver fee (both non refundable) and had to sweep & vacum the entire condo, strip the bed sheets, do all the laundry except 2 loads and start the first load of the 2, and run the dishwasher before having to be checked out by 10am. I was very overwhelmed with all the cleaning that was expected before checkout especially since I paid $150.00 for it to be cleaned.**when I was vacuming I found several pretzel sticks in the carpet...we didn't have pretzels!!** At that point I was even more irritated about the cleaning fee & having to clean it myself. We had to walk a pretty good distance to the beach and had to drive to the 'amenites', (the pools, kiddie water park) We ended up visiting 3 other beaches during our stay & they were absolutely beautiful. There was also 2 other condo building under construction right below/beside the condo we stayed in...needless to say it wasn't very peaceful!The whole package was nothing like we expected, but with visiting the other beaches it wasn't a bad stay. I also think if we would have gotten one of the condos closer to the pools (because you have to wash off from being in the ocean before entering the condo and there isn't anywhere to do that besides the pool area that we found) and a different part of the beach it would have been better. All in all, it was a positive experience. In terms of construction, the buildings to the north of your condo are in another complex and are actually houses being built in the Ocean Hammock complex. The Cinnamon Beach condo complex is fully built. In terms of Cinnamon Beach, we try to do the best job we can with satellite photos showing the distance to the pool. The other buildings in the complex are much closer although you pay more for this location. I would be happy to assist you or anyone else in going over our map of the complex prior to reserving a condo. The answer to all the questions above is 5. The condo was immaculate, spotlessly clean. The furniture was very attractive and quite comfortable. The condo was extremely well equiped. We didn't find anything lacking. The grounds, pools, view ect. were great. St. Augustine was a lovely place to tour with lots of nice outdoor dinning. We loved European Village. That was an amazing place, only wish we had found it sooner, not at the end of our stay. I would definitely recommend Cinnamon Beach, Palm Coast, FL to my friends and family. It is too bad that there isn't an airline that flies into St. Augustine. Jacksonville was a haul but well worth the trip. Stayed for 29 days in February, 2008 This is the second year we have stayed at this condo for the month of February each year and it was wonderful. The weather was good, the condo very clean with beautiful appointments, and we felt like we were in a luxury resort. We walked the beach, went whale watching, swam in the pool, and walked miles around the property every day. We enjoyed watching the golfers on hole #8 from our balcony. There are many restaurants and the new Publix's nearby. We went to St. Augustine several times and to Daytona, Ormond Beach and Kennedy Space Center but mostly we just spent time visiting our brother and his wife in our condo.
