Spectacular Spring Get-Away A guest from Savannah, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Our family of four (plus dog) had an exceptional stay at 663 Cinnamon Beach. The extra money spent to have direct ocean view was completely worth it. The balcony is large and private. It was calming as well as breath-taking to sit out there and eat meals or just read and stare at the view! Although the week (Easter-week) was definitely more crowded than we like, we were able to find more space on the beach by just walking a short distance from the Condos. The pools are both very nice, clean and inviting, just as shown on the web-site. The ocean-side pool has a gorgeous view of the ocean and access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Our family enjoyed most sunrise morning runs on the shore line followed by lap swims (ocean-side) pool, followed by a soak in the hot tub. The home was very clean, airy and well appointed. The kitchen, very well stocked, had a wonderful view of the ocean! The landscaping and vegetation around the area is very beautiful as well. The town of Palm Coast, itself does not offer much in terms of restaurants, ect. A traveler that looks for that could take a day to go into St. Augustine or the other way down the coast to add another dimension to the trip. VRPROS were very polite, helpful & responsive. They kept me updated well via email during the weeks leading up to the trip. Over, all it was a 5-star accommodation, that I would return to and recommend to a friend. Wonderful Graduation/Birthday gift to my son!!! Jamie K. from Elkton, MD does not recommend this property. I can not say enough about the place, it was very clean and had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed watching the dolphins every day travel up and down the coast. The staff at the guard shack were very polite and friendly no matter what time we came through. There are many things to do in the area with St Augustine and Daytona beach just a short drive away. Oceanfront Paradise A guest from Waverly, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 28 days in February, 2012 My husband and I rented this lovely condo for the month of February 2012. We were surprised at all the amenities the owner had thought of to make our stay so enjoyable. New carpet had been installed throughout the condo. We really enjoyed the very large balcony with its spectacular view of the ocean/beach, sunrises, moon over the water when we first arrived, and dolphins swimming by. The grounds of this gated community were very well maintained and pet friendly. Both pools were clean, and The Grille (serving drinks, salads, burgers, etc. poolside) opened in mid-February. There were a multitude of restaurants to choose from nearby, plus shopping, movie theatre, etc. We are going "Down Under" next winter but hope we can return to #663 in 2014. Amazing Vacation Diana H. from Leesburg, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in September, 2011 We had a GREAT time during our recent stay at Cinnamon Beach Resort! The unit is beautiful, the resort is awesome and the location was perfect! The beach is so beautiful too although during the last part of our stay there were alot of jellyfish! We did 3 days of St. Augustine sightseeing and it was so convenient from the resort! The gate guards were always so nice and helpful! Publix is really close by as well as restaurants and Walmart right across the bridge! The game room was a huge hit with my young adults and they went there almost daily! Early morning sunrises were breathtaking! With that said, I would like to add a few issues that could use some attention: 1. I was a bit upset that the maintenance man decided to pressure wash the inside of the garage without saying anything to anyone. He got soap,bleach and nastiness all over my vehicle! They posted signs of other things they were doing in the elevator and that should have been posted to give us all a chance to move our vehicles!! Feel free to reimburse the $30 I paid to clean it afterwards! Thank goodness it did not do any permanent damage to my paint. 2. The kitchen could use some shaper knives and updated small appliances. We were very upset that the Grill was already closed for the season. One of the main reason I chose to spend the extra money for this resort was for the convenience of the cafe on site. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2009 While I was impressed with the quality of the property - i.e. updated amenities, beautiful view, fairly new building and furniture, I had a few disheartening factors. Firstly, the property wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. The dishes were still dirty, with dried food on them. The bed sheets were turned inside out, as if they had just been flipped and not washed. The bathrooms weren't clean - including the tubs. I spent the first day of my vacation cleaning what should've been done by someone I paid to do it. It was a beautiful place, beautiful location, but the cleaning staff really needs to rethink it's priorities. Next time, they should strive to do better because if your customers are unhappy, then they might want to come back - not matter how pretty the view is. To be honest, I didn't like the "Cinnamon Beach." Travel back toward St. Augustine or down toward Flager Beach and it's competely different. Penthouse Paradise mark h. from smyrna, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2008 The unit we stayed in had personality and a fantastic view. It was comfortable with a balcony that was spacious enough for entertaining. The guard in the gatehouse is there 24 hours a day and is very helpful with information and support if needed. The beach is great! The pool was well-maintained. Great family vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!! A guest from Odenville, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2008 The only downside to our trip was during checkout. There needs to be more than one cart per unit on a Saturday when everyone is checking out at the same time. Very hard to load for a family of 5 including a 3 month baby from the sixth floor when you had to carry everything by hand. We loved the location. It is noticable upon entering as is the need for a fresh coat of paint. The walls show the wear and tear of a rental unit. It was very clean.We will consider this unit for our trip back in June 09. The only thing that was not the best was the beach...the rocks and crushed shell were not fun! We longed for the white sands of St. Augustine beaches.
