And the Canopy Walk resort is ideal for all ages. The Intracoastal wends its way just beyond the grassy lawn outside our lanai, and the resort includes 7 miles of walking, hiking, and biking trails. The beach is just 3 miles away, great golf surrounds us, and fine dining, shopping, and sightseeing are just minutes away by car. The resort includes a kids? water splash playground, tennis courts, a family swimming pool, and plenty of games and sports for all ages. You could stay here for a month and not have time to try all the opportunities for fun!

The 3 bedrooms in this condo are pleasantly decorated and designed for relaxation.
The master suite is luxurious, from the king-sized bed to the desk, private TV and dvd player, and the en-suite bath with dual vanities and big walk-in shower. Two windows in the bedroom keep the view close.
The second bedroom contains 2 twin-sized bed, while the third offers desk, leather chair, 2 side tables and a queen sleeper sofa. We provide all of the linens, blankets, pillows, and towel sets you?ll need for every bed and bath at the condo, along with a washer and dryer to keep all your beach towels and vacation duds clean. Settle right in!

Stayed for 29 days in March, 2013 Mostly good, however on arrival there was an extremely strong chemical odor from cleaning apparently that took a day to dissipate even with open doors and windows. Also found several pills and small pieces of glass on the floor. February 2013 Richard S. from Wallingford, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 28 days in February, 2013 This is the first time we stayed in northeast Florida. The weather was good - 3 or 4 days in the 60's, 6 - 8 days in the 80's, and the rest in the 70's.The unit was the best equipped one we have ever rented. They even gave us garage access and the use of two bicycles. The owners left info on restaurants and activities, and also had their own instructions for wireless internet hookup. In addition, it was the best equipped rental unit we have ever seen. The view of the intercoastal waterway and the local trail system was amazing. The only issues were that the icemaker in the refrigerator kept icing up, and there was no working phone in the unit. Overall, the experience was excellent. Great views of the Intercoastal at Canopy Walk A guest from Brampton, Cumbria recommends this property. Stayed for 40 days in July, 2010 We all had a very enjoyable stay at Canopy Walk. It was particularly great exploring the Intercoastal water way by kayak. We also made good use of the bikes to discover the new cycle routes. The condo was very comfortable but lacked any curtains or blinds to the main patio windows in the living room. Great location and great aspect for viewing the intercoastal. We saw dolphins on a number of occasions. Many little problems Robin O. from Newberry, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 10 days in June, 2010 Our stay started with spending a half hour getting into the condo because of incorrect lock-box instructions and 2 smoke alarms chirping, and ended with the air conditioning shutting itself off the last nights' stay because of some back-up of water in its' plumbing outflow. We found glass chips in the grout of the kitchen floor tile and a broken lamp in the master bedroom. We didn't have access to the pool until the second day's call, children's pool area stayed shut off, (even though we called about that too) and a "Condo Commander" condo owner whom patrols the property that states the property is "SEVERELY CLOSED" if you are 5 minutes late leaving the pool. Access code to garage was incorrect, and we never had use of the garage. Could have been better! Vacation at Canopy Walk Jason and Kimberly K. from Lake in the Hills, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2008 This was a beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay. We had not even heard of Palm Coast Florida until finding it on the Vacation Rental Pros website. We love the area and enjoyed eating at the European Village several times. It was just the right distance to spend the day in St. Augustine and a day in Daytona. We spent a couple days at the pool with the kids. We also walked along the waterway and found hermit crabs and snails. It was a picture perfect vaction. Our family shared such good quality time together. I highly recommened renting a condo or house for family vacations. We were comfortable and not right on top of each other like our past vacations in hotel rooms. I also had to freedom of being able to make breakfast for my family and a couple nice healthy dinners. There is one complaint I do have about this property and that would be the loudness of the appliances. We had to wait until we were ready to leave to run the dishwasher and washer and dryer. The coffee pot even woke everyone up. Those were just minor things and I'm sure we'd come back in the future.
