The lanai blends the inside and outside living spaces nicely, with casual seating and a panoramic view of the lovely grounds, boat docks, and the Inter-coastal at Canopy Walk. The perfect place for sunrise and twilight beauty, the lanai will probably become your favorite spot at the condo with unobstructed views of the intracoastal. Take the computer out and catch up on your social media (you have free WiFi here and a free printer inside the condo!), bring your binoculars for up-close enjoyment of water birds and other wildlife, or simply enjoy your first cup of morning coffee and last glass of evening wine in the balmy breeze!
Step through the sliding glass doors and you're in our living room, decorated in cool sea tones and designed for comfort and togetherness. We have a brand-new 40" HDTV with DVD player to keep the group entertained, and our couch and matching easy chair are the last word in comfort. Kick back in the recliner with your favorite movie, or gather the whole group for a silly game of charades! Everything is light, open, and restful here -- the perfect place to return to after a long day in the sun or on the water!
Our dining area is just beyond the living room, with a glass-topped round table beneath a stylish modern chandelier. With the open kitchen just steps away, this is a convenient and elegant place to dine. Yet you may find yourself taking most of your meals out to the lanai, and using this space as a game table. It's just too easy to pop in your favorite music, pick up drinks and snacks from the kitchen, and settle in to a rousing night of poker or Monopoly.
You may not be planning to do much cooking this vacation, but whether you prepare grand feasts or open takeout containers, you'll love our kitchen. The master suite is just perfect for sleeping late! With an ultra-luxurious king-size bed with orthopedic mattress, it encourages long lie-ins. And the lanai is just a few steps away, via a sliding glass door, for moonlit stargazing.
The en-suite master bath has plenty of room and all the modern fittings, with his-and-her sinks to make the morning rush more pleasant.

Stayed for 59 days in June, 2012 We are a family of 5 and we spent 2 months here at Canopy Walk and it was also our first time living in a condo but I honestly must say this condo had everything we needed, it was clean, spacious and the views from the balcony were very very nice indeed we even saw dolphins from time to time.The pool area and in general the whole of Canopy Walk is a very well maintained place to spend a vacation.Vacation rentals were a pleasure to deal with especially after I embarrassingly asked why the condo had no teapot to make my tea in the mornings ( coming from Ireland it's normal we need our tea in the morning) well vacation rentals had a teapot brought to my condo the very next day, thank you. Overall I would highly recommend Canopy Walk to anyone looking for a nice little home from home in beautiful, sunny Florida ?? Lovely condo, beautiful area, nice & quiet Brenda M. from Mint Hill, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 We had a wonderful time at this condo overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Our toddler loved the passing boats and the dock. The screened balconies were nice to prevent bugs and prevent our little ones from throwing items off the balcony. Everthing was nice and clean in the condo. Overall very pleasant area and facility atmosphere. Zero entry pool also a big plus for the little ones. My only complaint was that the rental company did not email the gate code (which changes monthly) like they said they would. I had to call several times during our stay as it changed months and the staff didn't always know the code, so we had to wait & follow cars in. Amazing property Robin S. from Vero Beach, Florida recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2010 we were pleasantly surprised at the size and look of this condo. It was in spotless condition and was much bigger than we expected. The furniture and decor was beautiful. We could have moved in there for good, we loved it so much. The grounds are amazing. I am a runner and really enjoyed all the running trails. There was a different, scenic route for me every day. Beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway and boats right from the living room window. Great nature trails for walking our dog, too. Kitchen was fully equipped and it was great to have our own laundry room right in the unit. Have never gotten that before. The master bedroom is spacious and beautifully decorated and had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Best sleep I have had in years. Pool, clubhouse, exercise room all nicely appointed and all the grounds and facilities are impeccably maintained. All stores, restaurants, etc. very close by and easy to get to from the main road right outside the gate. we had a poor experience with another property in Venice last year, but now feel your agency is redeemed in our eyes, because this place could not have been better. thanks so much.
