This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 1151 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 11, fifth floor. We also manage Cinnamon Beach 1152 (next) and Cinnamon Beach 1154 (5th floor). Perfect for families and groups traveling together.
Our condo is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular heated swimming pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family heated pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play, splash zone", a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses.

Additional hints! A guest from Naples, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 Upon arrival the electric grill on the lanai was inspected and found to be filthy. This was called to the attention of an inspector who visited, however nothing was done about it. There was a lanai chair that had a broken weld and another one with a rip, possibly caused by a burn. There was a missing knob on a kitchen cabinet. The chandelier over the dining table had not been cleaned in a very long time. Corner and behind the door dirt was clearly evident. This was one of the best beach vacations our family has ever had! The condo was perfect for us...beautifully decorated and so spacious. We loved having the huge covered patio...everything was beyond my expectations! I love the fact that the Resort is right on the beach, which is awesome, as well as two pools with great food...and wonderful staff! Our group ranged in ages 1 yr - 50 and we all had so much fun!! We spent one afternoon shopping the outlet malls and then on to St. Augustine for a late lunch, more shopping on St. George Street and then dinner and it's just a short drive from Palm Coast. We also had a wonderful dinner one evening at Barbara Jean's in the European Village. All I can say is I can't wait to come back...this is the place for lots of fun, relaxing and making wonderful family memories! Stayed for 8 days in October, 2009 Although gate security is well enforced and there are an overabundance of rules to give one the illusion of being well protected, an elevator emergency within the property was poorly handled and could have been prevented. I was stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes and the emergency call button was not working. A helpful passerby and then a family member finally contacted the phone number provided in the elevator and was told this is not their problem. Several phone calls were made before I was finally released from the elevator. No one contacted showed any concern and the callers were passed from one place to another. Once released I made a call to the maintenance manager and property manager, both of whom then came to see me and to resolve this outrageous occurrence. The elevator was repaired and I just hope that the call button is now working. This could have been a much more serious accident had I had a panic disorder; heart attack or passed out due to the heat and fear. Someone should have come out immediately to assess the situation and to call 911 if necessary. Please do better to ensure the safety and comfort of your guests. The condo was everything we were expecting and more. The televisions need to be upgraded and a deadbolt on the entry door would give us more peace of mind. Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in November, 2008 This was a great condo, so spacious with everything you could need (ok apart from a cork screw!). A lovely sunny terrace with space to eat outside, the pool and gym facilities were top notch too. We had a fantastic time and would recommend it to anyone. Throughout our stay there were only 2 minor hick ups - one the security guard on the main gate wouldn't let my father in to pick me up one day and the second was that all the clocks in the condo were on different times (hours and minutes - I know hardly worth mentioning). Apart from that a totally 5 star experience. Our whirlwind vacation A guest from Tikeville, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2008 We were quite impressed with the quality of the room upon entering it. We were also glad that it had somewhat of an ocean view. We were scheduled to stay at Canopy Walk, but after my son's drowning accident there before we even checked in, our reservation was moved to Cinnamon Beach. The outside ambiance at Cinnamon Beach was much better than that of Canopy Walk. We were, however upset to find out that we could not fish in the lakes that were stocked with fish. Our vacation was centered around fishing near the ocean. We wanted to stay at a resort near the beach that would offer freshwater fishing as well. Canopy Walk seemed to fit that description. Cinnamon Beach would have been a perfect place, if we had been allowed to fish in the lakes for the abundant fish that we saw swimming in them. Also, everything (and everyone) in the resort seemed very stuffy. We are southern "mountain folk". We enjoy staying at a place with some class, but a vacation should be about enjoying ourselves, and relaxing. We had a difficult time relaxing, due to the uptight atmosphere. It seemed as though Cinnamon Beach Resort is catered to fit the upper class population only. Everyone just simply does not belong. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, and the condo was beautiful. The rooms were well supplied, beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for two families. We had a good time, but will not be back. We would not discourage any one else from staying at Cinnamon beach, but it was just not for us. Our condo was beautiful and it was in a perfect location. From our back deck we could overlook the lake or look to the left and see the ocean. The property was landscaped very well and everything was kept very clean and neat. Our daughter loved the pool. We spent almost everyday in the pool. When we did venture out, we were not far from St. Augustine or Daytona. It was perfect! We rented our condo for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was very spacious and very clean. Our condo was beautifully decorated and made you feel very relaxed and comfortable. We had all different age ranges vacationing with us throughout our stay and everyone had a great, relaxing time! We will be going back.
