Worst condo conditions, will never go back and warn everyone! Jody L. from Inverness, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 26 days in March, 2013 Our family has travelled extensively and stayed in many wonderful accommodations throughout the country. We reserved 933 Cinnamon Beach for a month based on the pictures on your website, willing to pay a premium to stay at the Ocean Hammock resort.We've never been more disappointed in condo, given the high-end quality of Ocean Hammock!!! The furnishings were downright appalling. The sleeper sofa's cushions didn't align and the pullout bed was broken and unable to be used. The chairs of the dining table were in terrible quality and one of the seats on a chair kept coming off if you didn't sit directly on it. The rest of the furniture in the condo looked like old cheap garage sale furniture; we couldn't believe the owners or management company would allow anyone to rent the condo at resort prices with low class furnishings and appointments ( plastic toilet paper holders....really???). Even the silverware was mismatched and looked like something you would find in an old camper. Same applies to the blankets and towels that were provided. The master bathroom shower was the size of what you find in an RV and shower door handle kept coming off. It shows that the owners and management company have no pride in their property and only care about scamming as much money as they can from honest guests, requiring them to pay the full rental amount so secure reservation! Our family was truly appalled and will never go back, as well as warn everyone we know about the condos at Ocean Hammock and your management company. This was our 5th trip to Cinnamon Beach area and 3rd rental from Vacation Rental Pros. The only issue with vacation rental pros is the code for unlocking the door was not correct. We had a late check-in, after mid-night. I called the after-hours number. The gentleman that I awoke in the middle of night got us the correct code for the door. The gentleman was very pleasant, helpful, saved the day, and turned this into a minor issue! The UnitThe furniture quality was so, so and not fitting of a condo of this quality. The living room furniture, especial the 2 chairs really could use some updating. The bathrooms and trim throughout the condo are getting to the point where they could use the normal maintenance of grout, calking and some fresh paint on the trim. The unit was clean. The unit does have Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi was a huge plus when I unexpectedly had to use it for work. We found that this unit it had everything we needed during our stay. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and this unit but I would have to say this condo 933(a 4 Star unit) was just not as nice as the previous condo (5 Star unit) that we rented here at Cinnamon Beach during our last stay with Vacation Rental Pros. Both a good condos, one was just nicer than the other.The complexOnce again we enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach. We were again pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Cinnamon Beach Resort complex. The pictures do NOT do this resort justice. The beach is close and both pools are quite and great place to relax. One of the pools also has a nice hot tub. We really like the security up. I truly appreciate the short drive to restaurants and stores and also believe this helps to keep the area clean, quiet,safe, and peaceful. I would recommend this property. Someone needs to put a true bar and grill within walking distance as we had to drive to go out for dinner. The on site Cinnamon Grill is nice but not 3 days in a row. Condo needs some paint to add to the feel of the beach. It looks as though the owner left the plain white that came with the new construction. The cleaning team came 35 minutes prior to our checkout and dropped off their cleaning supplies which made us feel rushed to leave. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves. Great property but would look for different condo Nonie K. from Hasting, MN recommends this property. Stayed for 28 days in March, 2012 Property and personnel were great. Had trouble with fire alarm and maintenance took care of it right away. The condo however needs some up keeping. Shades in guest room were broken and had to be closed and opened by hand. The extra pillow in that closet is foam and has turned color and is split it needs to be replaced The screen door to deck was very hard to open so we eventually didn't shut it.A new umbrella that is not rusted and filthy would be a bonus The kitchen is lacking in utensils. There was not a bottle opener, cutting board, and came with minimal supplies. Although its advertised sleeping 8 they better not all want coffee because there were 5 mugs. For a weeks rental one could make do for a months rental it meant a trip to target. The bedroom carpets at least should be cleaned, probably replaced would be a better bet. I did have a chance to get to a couple other condos and they did show a whole lot better. Love the property would be looking for different condo. A grill somewhere on the property would be a welcome addition! I have 2 five year old and 1 two year old. The kiddie pool at cinnamon beach was perfect for my family. The condo we rented wasn't as nice as the one we rented two years ago. This one seemed to be furnished and outfitted by someone who never really spends time there. Please see the following comments that we have. Frederick T. from Liverpool, NY does not recommend this property. Stayed for 26 days in February, 2010 We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view overlooking the lake was great. We saw fish jumping, otters playing, many different birds eating, turtles doing what turtles do, etc.The condo was spacious and pleasant. The surface cleaning was good. However, the next level of cleaning left a lot to be desired. My wife had to wash the mattress pads, and blankets. The wash cloths were spotted, frayed and dirty to the extent we had to order new ones.The towels were old and frayed and threadbare.These are things an attentive staff should have noticed. The furniture at best was uncomfortable. The sofa was cheap and over used. The carpeting was unravelling in some spots and was dirty. We initially took off our shoes in the condo, but noticed how dirty our socks were getting so we put them back on. The bed linens did not match. While the kitchen did have almost enough of the correct utensils, most of those that were there were very cheap quality and somewhat difficult to use. Basically, the kitchen looked like it was outfitted by someone who has never cooked and is on a very stingent budget.To sum it up, with the list of restrictions and all the terms and conditions of the contract we expected a little more in terms of ammenities in the condo. By the way, if some of these things were cleared up, we certainly would recommend this condo to others. Stayed for 10 days in April, 2009 Hello Mr Milo and team, We had a wonderful vacation, it was worth the 3 day drive up. The area and property was breath taking. It was like driving up to an untouch imaculate luxury island. The enviroment, flowers, trees and beautiful homes made it even more special. It felt like our very own private beach. The only disapointment was the very large rocks on the beach that made it impossible to enjoy the ocean for a swim ( dangerous). Both pools and services were a delight to refresh and cool down. Can not use the Beach A guest from Atlanta, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2008 This is a very nice property if you do not want to go into the water. There is a very nasty reef about 20 yards out from the beach at high tide. My son tore up his knee when he dove in for a football.
