2012 Family Christmas Vacation at the Beach

The condo itself is beautiful,the view is amazing.Walk to the beach is easy.And the pool and kids/adult game rooms are nice.However,when we arrived there was standing water.The ice maker in the fridge had broken.This was not a problem,mgmt came right out to check it out and have it fixed.The problem is it had been running long enough that there was standing water in the kitchen,hall,master bath closet and guest room.Therefore no one had been to this property in quite some time to check on it.Also, it was not clean, mildew in the toilets and showers.We dealt with maintenance in and out for a couple days,then had to empty a de-humidifier every 12 hours for the rest of our stay,not to mention the musty smell the entire trip.They gave us $100 to Outback for the inconvenience.That was not nearly enough in my opinion.We won't be back.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice condo in such a great community sight-unseen other than internet photos. The condo was very spacious for the 9 of us and was very up-to-date and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the seclusion of the beach. It is close to both St. Augustine and Daytona. One of the best family vacations we have had.

Lots of room and very nicely appointed. Beach access was near, but not directly available to this building. Day trips to St. Augustine and Daytona were easy. The only issue we had with this property was the lack of supply of paper goods. No toilet paper or paper towels were provided.
