Unique to this suite is the living room?s long chaise lounge, the striped cream upholstery of which matches that of the large couch and love seat. Your in-suite kitchen and dining areas are all set for entertaining. Bedroom two?s floral bedspread is delightful, while rich, carved wooden furniture suits this dressy room very well. Its bathroom, shared with bedroom three, has a full bathtub, as well as spacious vanity. The third bedroom is instantly nautical and is ideal for children and adults alike. Striped blue bedspreads are a fantastic match for the classic, white wooden headboards and furniture. Great condo - Kyle R. from Louisville, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 21 days in February, 2013 I enjoyed my stay and was very pleased with the condo - It is decorated perfectly. The Kitchen is well equipped for daily needs - but I didn't cook any meals there - except something light for breakfast. The Master bed is extremely comfortable. The location was good, but if you want a great view of the beach and the ocean - you might want to stay on a higher floor. The view is still very nice. I was able to get great sunrise pictures in the morning. The complex is very clean, and well maintained. Since I was traveling alone, I appreciated the security that the complex provides. It is extremely safe and quiet. I was told by some other renters that the prices for the complex are going to drastically increase next year - I hope that isn't the case - because I would love to return next February. The security was excellent and made us feel safe during our stay. The unit was superbly furnished, and clean for the most part. The only issue we had in the area of housekeeping was the balcony looked like it had not been swept in months, and the balcony furniture was dirty. All the other areas were clean. The view was good, the beach was nearly deserted during the month of October, and the pool/hot tub areas were also quiet with almost no patrons. The cafe was closed for the season which made it a little more difficult to find food. This is not a place to stay if you like nightlife and lots of things to do. If you want stuff to do you will have to travel 20-30 miles to ST Augustine or Daytona. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be. The carpets were cleaned the next day, but we were not able to move to another condo due to sold out status and this would have also meant condo surfing back and forth, which we did not want to do. The property location was awesome! I was told by a representative that the a assist to CEO? would be calling first thing the next morning to take care of the inconvenience for us and no one called. I had to call to see what was to be done, carpet cleaning. The reservation manager arranged for the carpet cleaning. When I mentioned about the said discount, she just said "what exactly do you expect/want?" She then offered/gave a 10% refund on the rental fees.... Overall the condo property and beach was awesome. Stayed for 35 days in February, 2011 Both pools and hot tubs were shut down for resurfacing which was unacceptable seeing that there was no advance notice. None of the cordless phones worked in the unit. DVD player in living room did not work. Carpet cleaner and maid service showed up to perform work totally unannounced and not expected during rental time. Info in binder on property was totally outdated and thus no help. Spoke to property manager who promised to look into my concerns and never heard back from her even though I was there two plus weeks after conversation. She even verified my cell number during conversation with promise to call back. I stated I was interested in looking at properties with possibility of purchasing and never received a return call or email. This was not the original unit I rented but was switched due to ongoing exterior painting project. I was notified of this change one day before checking in. Although I did have the above concerns I would like to say that Cinnamon Beach is lovely and I would recommend this area to anyone. Even though I had concerns during my stay I will return to the area again.
