Yes, there's an oceanview balcony on our 4th-floor condo, but it's so long (running the entire length of the unit) that it's more like a pavilion, with 2 sides open to palatial views and room for a casual table and chairs at one end and a lounging area at the other. You're overlooking the 8th hole of the famous Ocean Hammock golf course, with the blue ocean beyond. Heaven!
The sea air is salty on the balcony, and the murmur of the surf so soothing. This is the place you'll want to begin and end each day -- and if you rise early enough one morning, you'll even catch the brilliant sunrise over the Atlantic!
Step inside and you're in our beach-themed living and dining area, which combines a fun vibe with the latest electronics and newly updated décor. The living room is dominated by our long sectional sofa, the perfect place for the gang to pile up for movie night or for you to sneak in a completely decadent afternoon nap. The sofa faces our big HDTV with VCR and DVD player, and there's extra seating for the ankle-biters on fun foldable camp stools. (Yes, we know that these will get carried into the kids' bedroom immediately, where they have been known to serve as thrones, boats, and magic carpets.)
Beyond the living room is our dining area, with a big table for 6 and a breakfast bar with 3 stools. Spacious and drenched in sunlight, it's got a great ocean view from the front and a large window on one side. This is a great place for one of those evenings that begins with a big meal and ends with card games and reminiscences to a background of music on the CD player.
And in our designer kitchen, you can prepare and serve just about anything your heart desires. All you add is groceries -- we've got the cookware, dishes, utensils, gadgets, and everything else! Granite countertops, tile flooring, and stainless-steel appliances offer the very latest décor for your culinary adventures. (Why are other people's kitchens always so much more fun to cook in?!)
One wall of the kitchen is magnetic chalk board, while another corner -- the sunniest spot in the room! -- contains the breakfast nook, a round table just right for the kids or for you to catch up on a little work (you have free wireless Internet at Cinnamon Beach 145) or write postcards while bathed in warm Florida sunshine. There are many nice little places like this in the condo, tucked away to give you a moment's respite from all the lively activity of being part of a big group!
The master bedroom is such a treat, with a luxe king-sized bed, TV, comfy reading chair, ocean views, and plenty of space. The master bath continues the opulence with his-and-her vanities, a big walk-in shower, and an absolutely heavenly soaking tub.
The 2nd bedroom regales you with a king-sized bed, HDTV, and private bathroom containing both a shower and tub option. The 3rd bedroom, also with its own TV, is convenient to the third full bathroom. No waiting in line at Cinnamon Beach 145.
Perfect for kids the 3rd bedroom contains 2 twin beds, 1 double bed and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeping up to 5). This room also features a playstation and a video gaming system with movies and games loaded in.

Wonderful Vacation - World Class Accommodations, Location and Exp Christy P. from Long Wood, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2012 This was our first experience renting a condo and after this experience, this will be the only way we vacation from now on. We usually stay only in 4-5 star hotels/resorts renting suites or several rooms to accommodate our large family, but due to the last minute booking we had to consider other options. We are very happy that this occurred. This was easily the best vacation that we have had and enjoyed so much about the entire experience. We usually travel with nine to eleven people in our large family and for this trip, nine of us we were VERY comfortable in this large 2,000 sq ft unit. The amenities were amazing and the beach was so unspoiled and beautiful. The rocks at low tide made the beach feel more like Hawaii than Florida. The kids really enjoyed exploring the rocks and the Splash Zone at the kid?s pool. The most amazing difference was the overall value. There were no additional fees for parking, amenities, beach towels, tips, etc? and the unit had a nice washer and dryer so we really did not need to pack nearly as much as we did. We did not have to worry about incurring surprise fees for the kids opening a $10 bottle of water, or using an extra towel at the beach or pool. There were not any hidden taxes or fees, what you saw on the booking site, plus an additional cleaning fee and taxes was really it. Not worrying about the budget constantly also afforded us an additional sense of peace that we were not aware of previously. We, again, cannot express in words how wonderful and relaxing this trip was. We will be writing very positive reviews on all the usual sites and including a lengthy description of this experience on our travel blog. Thank you for the most wonderful family vacation. It provided us the peace and relaxation that should be standard during a family beach vacation. We will be recommending your site to all of our friends and family and will be back very soon!! We were scheduled to stay in Destin, but with the gulf crisis, we had to find an alternative location for three families. Each of rented through VacationRentalPros. Each of us had our expectactions met. The property provided a relaxing location with good resort amenities. Cinnamon Beach is a place to rest and have fun. There aren't the nearby activities of Destin, but there are wonderful things just a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed unit 121. The owner did a outstanding job decorating and providing everything in this rental unit. The bedrooms have comfortable beds.We had two disappointments with the unit. First, the light on the stove didn't work which made cooking later at night harder to see. Not impossible, but just a small challenge. The second issue was the advertised outdoor grills on the balcony. One grill doesn't work. The other grill had weeks, maybe months, maybe years of "junk" caked on the grill plate. A quick trip to the store for grill cleaner and about 15 minutes of scrubbing made the grill ready for use. It did work well once it was cleaned. Silverware was even the best quality.... Only disappointment was the balcony furniture. Only a table with 2 chairs. There was a double lounger but it was cloth and was wet most of the time.. The other table was warped and some junk that needed to be removed... An electric grill was a plus... We plan to stay here again...Being on the second floor was very convenient just going down the stairs to our car. Hardly even used the elevator... On the other hand, our air conditioning broke the first night & someone called me back quickly--Frank I believe & we had it fixed the next morning. We have stayed every year in a house in Naples, this is the first time on the east side for us and the first time for a worked out fine. However, it was also the first time that such a limited amount of supplies were provided; from paper towels to toiletn paper to window cleaner for the multitude of glass surfaces; none of that was provided...made a run to the Publix an immediate concern. Also, the toll bridge is a bit of a nuisance; every time you want to run somewhere, you end up paying $2 to come home... More than expected A guest from Wallaceburg, Ontario recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in February, 2009 The condo was much nicer than expected. It had all the amenties including an electric BBQ on the balcony which I don't think was included in the description when I was researching vacation rentals. It was also well equipped with with pots, pans, etc. so that you didn't feel the need to eat out all the time. The condo was also very tastefully decorated. The location is also a plus given the proximity to the ocean, golf courses and shopping. The only draw back for me was that for one of the weeks I was there it was Bike Week in Daytona and I thought that the folks who were staying in the complex and attending bike week took over the underground parking facility which left little room for anyone else.
