Ocean front Karen A. from Temperance, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 34 days in November, 2012 The location was wonderful and the staff at vocation rental pros were helpful and very nice. We stayed in two different locations and moved a total of four times. We spent November December and January here and the same complaint was with all the units. They are not clean and the furniture needs replacement. The unit on cinnamon beach is in a wonderful area but the place was not stocked we'll. not enough pots and pans, no pot holders two dish cloths,etc. we went out and purchased a crock pot and gridle and two dish clothes just to get by with. We had to clean out the vacuum cleaners. Because the were full to the top and the smell was awful. No one moves anything to clean and the woodwork was dirty and there were cob webs everywhere. The owners need to supply a recliner in the living areas because the furniture is so old and soft you sink right down in it. I feel for the money you pay to stay here they really should be more aware of what needs replacement or at least cleaning. When I called management all the gals were really sweet and they brought over some of the things that were needed. Cinnamon beach is wonderful, very secure, 24hour gate that is always occupied by a person and very private. The owners in both units that I stayed need to look at the furniture and replace it. The furnishings need to match the property! Best beach vacation in many years! A guest from Carrollton, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 Arriving late in the afternoon I was impressed with the quite scenic environs. They exuded exclusivity. The condo buildings were well landscaped and pretty as well. But when I entered the unit I literally tingled!. The taller than 9 ft. ceilings, the overall decor (though showing some age, wear and tear), and the totally unobstructed view of the Atlantic were just what this vacationer wanted. The beach was very beautiful and uncluttered; the local cochina rocks were not at all a problem for swimming...even for body-surfing! And the only criticism I have was that the master bed was made with NO SHEETS (we had to call to have them delivered the next day) and the guest chair-leg in the queen bedroom was found to be broken. This was our 3rd trip to CB. Unit 844 couches smelled like wet dog. Also, you could only sleep from midnight til 5:30am. That's Brandon S. from Knoxville, TN does not recommend this property. Check in process was awful. A guest from Blanchester, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2011 The resort itself exceeded our expectations but the check-in process was awful. We had driven 15 hrs, it was hot, we had small children and we sat in traffic for an hour and a half to get a copy of my driver license made and get a pass to the resort. Our condo was paid in full and we had the key code to our room so we thought we could drive right in. There was 1 person in the check-in booth, 1 directing traffic and it was taking 5-10 min per vechicle. We got very frustrated with how long this process was taking. Eventually they just let everyone in to go to their condo's and just had the renters come back to the check-in booth later. They should have done that long before they did as there was a line of traffic a mile long waiting. Other than that the resort was wonderful. Best vacation I've had in a while.... but a few things you should know A guest from Mooresboro, NC recommends this property. They brought wash cloths within 20 minutes. CONS:$2 toll bridge fee every time you go back from Palm Coast.There is nothing to do in the area. You have to drive to St Augustine or to Daytona (20 - 25 mins).Pool is a short walk, not right beside the building.The condo was clean but I tend to be a freak about germs so it didn't quite meet my standards but no real complaints, just small things like washing machine rim had some buildup.Also, the restaurant, Barbara Jean's, that was recommended on the paperwork has closed. But several appliances were either slow at working or didn't work at all.(ex. dryer, disposal, dishwasher). They have been abused. It was very spacious. But overall the area was wonderful. We had a great time. And one more BIG complaint is the pool and rec room closed way too early. They turned off the kids splash area way before closing time. They quit serving food and drinks very early too. The only reason I gave it a 3 star on location is because there weren't really any "great"seafood places without traveling 20-25 minutes in either direction. #433 is beautiful, but needs a couple improvements. Rose C. from Orlando, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2008 #433 was beautiful. Needs hooks in baths-nowhere to hang clothes/towels. Floors a little sandy on arrival-porch needed mopping. HUGE palmetto bugs on porch/apt-need to spray. It would be helpful to have a wet swiffer or something available for quick clean up. Also disappointed could not eat at hotel or play golf. Should be shower at bottom of each building for cleanup. And it would be nice to have a pull out sofa in living room. Beach is beautiful, and we had a great time. We have been going to the Hammock Beach/Palm Coast area for the past two years and absoltely love the area. Cinnamon Beach has g Reviewed by: Mark H. recommends this property.
