Inside, a great open-plan living and dining area is improved with cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Very unique at Cinnamon Beach are the home?s gorgeous polished hardwood floors. Area rugs, handsome furniture and inviting, cushioned sofas finish the space - it?s at once cheerful, stylish and comfortable.
Whip up a feast in your fully equipped kitchen - perhaps eating breakfast on your balcony, lunch as a beach picnic and dinner formally around the dining table. Nearby shops and supermarkets make light work of stocking up, they?re just a 2-minute drive away.

Spring Break 2013 A guest from Grosse Pointe Woods, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Stayed at Cinnamon Beach for the first time during Spring Break 2013. The resort grounds were absolutely beautiful and the views were stunning! The pool areas and beach were very clean and easily accessible though the clubhouse would have benefited from extended hours, particularly for coffee in the morning. Most days the resort offered chair and umbrella service on the beach which was a great added benefit.The condo itself was beautiful and spacious. As in previous reviews of the property, the condo would benefit from updated bed linens and bath towels. We also found the kitchen to be lacking in some basics such as serving/mixing bowls, utensils (spatulas, whisks, etc.), a broiler rack, and sharp knives (knives were so dull you may as well have used a butter knife!). Very family friendly resort with close proximity to other great cities - St. Augustine, Orlando, Daytona - but you may just enjoy the beach so much that you never leave the property. Cinnamon Beach #462 Richard G. from Powell, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 35 days in January, 2013 Our 4th year at Cinnamon Beach. This Unit provided a great view - combined with warm weather we spent many afternoons on the balcony. We had a few maintenance issues when we first arrived - no wi-fi, smoke alarm issues in the bedroom and dripping toliet. All were fixed promptly. Surgar ants were another story - took longer to get pest control to minimize the ants. Unit was furnished with poor kitchenware (compared to other condo's we've rented at Cinnamon). Condo overall was well furnished, tv's and DVD good, beds good, unit was nicely painted and decorated - and again the view was worth the stay. Fantastic Vacation Location A guest from Alpharetta, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 We vacation a lot in Florida and this is by far the best place we have stayed at. The unit was clean with and well kept. The view from the balcony was breath taking. However, there were a couple of minor things that need to be addressed. First, the there isn't enough cookware in the unit and the knives were very dull. We had to buy our own knife. Second, the elevator is very slow and hot.Other than that, the entire place is fantastic and we will be planning our future vacations at this location. Daily, we walked to the beach and the clubhouse pool where we swam, had cocktails, ate lunch, used the hot tub, etc. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.The actual condo unit needed some updates and additional amenities. We had very few bath towels, the bed linens could have been better quality, and the dishes/bowls needed to be restocked. The outdoor patio furniture cushions needed to be replaced as well. We did have a very nice vacation at Cinnamon Beach and I would definitely return to the area. With a few upgrades, I might even select the same condo. Kitchen pots and pans very worn. It is long distance to call vacation rental pros if you have a problem. Thought there might have been a toll free number for them. Property management at cinnamon beach is only there for the owners and can't help if you have a problem with unit. Some bedside light had no light bulb and were missing the knob to even turn them on. On the upside view was great and pools nice. We would come back but to a different unit. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2011 This was a beautiful condo, and the view of the ocean was spectacular! The patio overlooked the ocean, and we spent a fair amount of time out there. However, the place needed some repairs...the wood floor had a huge bump in it that appeared to be from buckled panels...the bunk bed in one of the rooms was broken, with one full bunk bed missing...the internet did not work until the guy came to fix it. As well, the door handles were loose, and the toilet in the smaller bathroom would run and run unless you jiggled the handle. However, despite these flaws, we loved the place, and very much enjoyed our stay. The place comes with all the dishes you will need, and towels, and the amenities at the resort are great! (pools, hot tubs, beach, etc). However, we received a call advising that cleaning staff would not be out until 4:00p.m., after our check in time. Not enough information given before stay. Angela S. from Lafayette, Indiana does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 It was our understanding that we would get to use all 8 pools from all of the properties when we booked the place. We were allowed to use the 2 pools at cinnamon beach. The pools were great, but there were way too many rules at the oceanside pool to let our teens even go there. The beach was beautiful, and the condo was nice. I'm glad we had a couple of kids who stayed home, as one of the bunk beds was broken. It claimed to have 4 beds, it had 3 in the kids room. I loved the place until our elevator broke for two days and we had to walk to the 6th floor. This was way overpriced to have the elevator break down for 2 days. I will not come back again. Next time, we are going to Daytona Beach with our family. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2011 We loved our stay at Cinnamon Beach!I was initially concerned with the pictures of rocks on the beach. Our group of seven spends a lot of time in the water and was worried of potential injury from the rocks. It turned out that those rocks were only located in one small area (~25 ft across). We took note of where the rocks were located during low tide and had no problem avoiding them. We spent lots of time in the water riding the waves and watching the dolphins! The condo was great. My only complaint would be the patio furniture. It is quite dirty. Even a simple pressure washing of the patio and furniture would help. Otherwise, we loved it.We can't wait for our next trip back. REALLY GREAT - But needs some basic items stocked and phone service not working Christi W. from Lawrenceville, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in May, 2011 This is a beautiful condo and we will be back. I remember reading an earlier comment about this in older reviews and it doesn't seem this has been addressed... The unit really does need to have some items stocked: laundry basket to move clothes, kitchen items such as a stock bock, serving/mixing bowls, different sized glasses and flatware service for at least 8 - there were four dinner forks and we were a party of five. A trash can in the second bathroom. A knife sharpener - the knives are incredibly dull. Almost non usable. I purchased and left behind some measuring cups/spoons as well as some food storage containers. I realize this is a self catered condo but this goes beyond basic consumables and should be there. It is truly beautiful, however, and we will be back. We drive from Atlanta and will simply load up several items from the pantry. Also, the phone service was not working. Seemed to be disconnected. Could not call in to that number. The patio furniture is showing some serious wear as was some of the bedding. Nothing to alarming. The rest of the unit is so beautifully appointed. There was a slight mix up in our reservation and I caught it. I sent an email and received a very prompt reply from your staff. The entire reservation experience was great. It is a bit of a distance from the pool, but we brought our bikes and that made it a snap. Beautiful area & facility. Beaches & Pool were just busy enough. We truly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave! Location was fabulous,lots of good places to eat and the weather was great. Only problem we had was with the phone in the suite. It was supposed to be free long distance and we never even made one call.Just could not get through to anybody in Canada. We never called management about it though. View of golf course and ocean together was awesome. We will definitely consider coming back! There were only a few minor things that could be better...Kitchen needs new cooking pots & pans, a colander for straining pasta and toaster. As far as the overall complex goes, it was extremely clean although I didn't care for the Trash Room setup...maybe install a larger ventilation fan or higher speed fan to help exhaust it. I was dissappointed that there was no on-site grilling area, however, I suppose that would work against the Grille Cafe. Everything was wonderful. Thanks for the great time. The condo is beautiful, nicely decorated and has everything a family needs (except for a pizza pan in the kitchen). We sat on the balcony and watched dolphins in the ocean many mornings. Some people complain of not liking the beach, but it definitely is the best beach in the area for finding seashells. The 2 pools were great both for families and adults. We truly loved our time here and will definitely be back. Location of Palm Coast between St. Augustine and Daytona is perfect - close enough to get to, yet away from all the traffic, etc. The apartment is very well decorated and comfortable - the only downside is being locked out from making long distance calls. Beach is not really good for walks due to the slant and mushy sand. Two very minor points - otherwise a wonderful stay. Cinamon Beach Vacation A guest from Broomfield, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 10 days in May, 2008 The place was gorgeous, great beach, great condo. The biggest issue for us was the very thin walls and the noise. We had a group of college students the first night that were up till 2AM. And then we had someone on our other side that played music very loudly one night and on other nights we could hear their TV and sound right through the walls (their living rooms backed to our master). Also the sliding glass doors make a lot of noise and we could hear people on their patios at night moving their chairs around and sliding their doors back and forth. We would definitely recommend a corner/top floor unit to limit the noise. Still would have noise but only one neighbor. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2008 We really enjoyed our trip to Cinnamon Beach!We were especially pleased that the unit we rented did not allow smoking or pets,because we have a family member with life threatening allergies to both.The unit was clean and decorated beautifully.The tv in one of the bedrooms broke the first day we were there,and then the fuse blew in that same bedroom a few times (we didnt have anything on but the ceiling fan and a light)..good thing we didnt really need the third bedroom..we just moved the kids the othe room. The washer didnt work on any cycle but delicate, and the dryer never seemed to turn off..but it ws nice to have them nonetheless. The jacuzzi tub in the master did not work ,and there the tiling and tub surround was exposed due to some sort of repair..wished I could take a soak one day,but a little disappointed. The fire alarms went off the first three nights of our stay..very LOUDLY..scared us to death while we were sleeping.We called management and they came over to fix the smoke detector batteries and were very apologetic..seemed to do the trick (thankfully!)We loved the view of the golf course and of the ocean.The location of our unit was far from the pools,but we felt the tradeoff of the views was worth it.The pools were very nice,rarely crowded..we wished there was food available poolside though.We liked the gated community and felt safe there..wished there were more restaurants in the general area.But we will return!!! The weather was ideal even though it was at the end of January and beginning of February. We loved the warm family pool and the beach was great for walking and enjoying the sand. We tried many of the suggested restaurants in Palm Coast and were very pleased. We felt safe at all times and spent several days exploring Disney World and St. Augustines as well as Daytona Beach. We live in Orlando so it is about 1 hour and 20 minutes, just a short drive away. We recently tried to rent from you and were told that we needed to stay a 4 night minimum. As much as we would love to stay 4 nights we choose Cinnamon Beach because it is a wonderful place to visit for 2 or 3 nights then drive back to reality. We would love to rent from you in the but it would have to be for less nights.
