Try out penthouse living for a week or longer. While a minimum stay of seven days is required, the views and ease of lifestyle here are easy to get used to. From the sixth floor you?re absolutely spoiled with views that last for miles.

A totally stocked kitchen makes for a totally convenient stay. Six guests will happily vacation here without ever feeling in each others? way. There are two bedrooms, two baths and a double sleeper sofa. Each room gets its own large closet, dresser, cable TV, cooling ceiling fan and bathroom. The master bedroom is particularly special, with en-suite access, a walk-in shower and his/hers vanities.
To ease time away from home (or to learn more about the dolphins you might spot offshore), this unit includes free wireless Internet. Use your iPhone on the ocean-front balcony!
When you?re ready to go in the morning, there are two elevators to get you downstairs quickly. A choice of two pools and beach access create food for thought, but the tennis, shuffleboard and volleyball courts might equally vie for your attention. Tough times!
Nearby, there?s access to extensive biking trails and running routes. Teach your kids to fish along a picturesque dock, or find a quiet spot along the inter-coastal. We?re always happy to recommend golf courses and restaurants, too. One week minimum stay required by condo HOA Located on the 6th floor of a six story building, this direct oceanfront Mediterranean style condominium is located at the Surf Club Condominiums in Palm Coast, Florida. We also manage Surf Club 1506 just one floor down. Perfect for families traveling together.
Surf Club I is a gated community with first class resort amenities including 2 pools (1 heated), tennis courts,shuffleboard, volleyball, bike/nature trails, clubhouse with library, fishing dock, covered parking and 24 hour security. Ample underground parking. Two elevators. Quiet beach. Both surf fishing and nearby intercoastal waterway fishing. Numerous nearby golf courses.
Besides relaxing next to the pool or on the private beach, there are plenty of activities to participate in near the condo. During certain times you can watch the shuttle launch from Kennedy Space Center, about an hour away. Just 30 min away, head north on A1A to St. Augustine, our nation's oldest continuously occupied city with limitless options of restaurants, local shopping and nightlife. Also available are Kayaking, catamarans, and wind surfing at Anastasia Park, just a short 20 minute drive. Or lastly, you can swim with dolphins and take a tour of the many sea animals available at Marineland, just one mile away!
Note: The beach at Surf Club has unique coral formation along the beach that looks like rocks - especially at high tide. Public beaches are nearby with wider sand.

Numerous light bulbs out and the door knob lock did not work. Some pans in the cupboards were NOT clean along with some bowls in cupboard. Love the location. Will stay again A guest from Martins Ferry, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 56 days in January, 2013 Renting this unit is the best way to spend a winter in Florida. Everything was perfect with the exception of a few items. The unit was very clean when we arrived but when staying for a of couple months a good broom/mop/swiffer would be helpful. The artificial flowers need a good cleaning. The condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable. With only one couch, my husband and I had to take turns sitting in the chairs. The chairs are beautiful, as you can see from the picture, but not comfortable. The beds were just fine with nice linens. The kitchen is well stocked. The oven needed cleaned but that was no problem since you set it and it cleans itself. The bath/kitchen faucets could be updated as well as the kitchen counter top. The balcony needs cleaned/painted. Condo was great but beach was not accessible due to large rocks Jan S. from Blacklick, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 Surf Club unit 1605 was fantastic and the view of the ocean was great. However the biggest draw back of this unit was the HUGE rocks / boulders all over the beach that prevented you from laying on the beach, playing on the beach, walking or running on the beach, or swimming in the ocean. I felt extremely mislead when booking this reservation since this was not mentioned at all in the website. My family was very disappointed and frustrated by not being able to access the beach like we anticipated. Other than that we loved the facilities and pool. Disappointing Tim J. from Graniteville, SC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2012 Overall the place we stayed was okay, however the owners of property ready do need to clean and update the property. Soon as we got there we had to sweep the floor. Initially we were walking around barefoot but that soon changed because the floors were really not clean. The outdoor furniture had to be cleaned before we sat on it. The caulking around the kitchen sink made the kitchen look dirty, but probably was just dated. All of the faucets need to be updated they seem as if they would break at a moment notice. The oven door was broke when we arrived but was promptly taken care of the next morning. The whole trip was disappointing because we have stayed at this property complex (just not this specific property) the past few years and have always had a pleasant time, however I don?t think we will be returning. I know we live in time of advanced technology; however it just doesn?t seem as personal when you meet someone and you put a face with a name. Most correspondences came through email which is quite fine but when you pick up the key and return the key, you aren?t greeted by anyone but a mailbox, unlike the previous times we have stayed. (A different company, I think) I think if someone would greet you, it harder to be apathetic with people. I think we would have felt more comfortable calling and talking with someone about complaints had we met someone in the beginning, instead of just grinning and bearing it. So from the customer service aspect we weren?t that impress. Lastly, I don?t like the fact that departure instructions are to but a load of laundry in the washer, really?? I don?t know it may not be a big deal for someone else but for us it was a little unnerving. It was our first time in Florida, but definately not our last. My only two small complaints are the sliding door in the master bedroom that leads to the balcony was difficult to open and close; and the bee/wasp nest located on our balcony made it difficult for us to enjoy it. Stayed for 14 days in April, 2011 very disappointed that we could not walk on the beach when the tide was in because of the rocks, we did ask about this and were told that we could walk on the beach any time. We also stopped in at the property mgmt. office to enquire about the discounted golf and were told that someone would get back to us....we are still waiting! The property itself had a beautiful view but there were a # of things missing the bottle opener was pre 1950 someone should check the drier if burned some of our clothes. Upon arriving at the unit we found the oven door handle hanging off, also on this type of oven you should not put tin foil on the bottom as there is a radiant heat element built in, we found this out after it took 2 hours to reach 350 degrees. The condo was nicely furnished with plenty of storage and beautiful views of the ocean and pool. We had the beach and pools to ourselves most of the time. Very quiet and relaxing. Kids loved climbing on the rocks to get to the beach. (Something that should be mentioned and pictured as this may be difficult for some to manuever over.) Only thing disappointing was that there were no beach chairs or beach umbrella available with the rental. (Items difficult to pack and things you kind of expect are there when going to the beach). Otherwise Perfect! Would go again and recommend for others. Poor Procedures At Vacation Rental Pros Ray S. from Bear, Delaware does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2011 Your check-in process was a disaster. Collecting property keys from a remote location is inconvenient. Better to have lock box at the property entrance (the way most other rental agencies operate). Our property key did not fit lock! Called to report problem, difficult to reach a party, spare keys were finally delivered 1 hr later. If I had called after 4:00 pm, we would have been stranded with no key since Vac Pros only had voice mail responses to our calls (reported keys had not arrived, received no call back). We'll never use Vacation Rental Pros again!! They are responsible for us losing 2 days use of condo heated pool since we finally got into rental too late to pickup pool key from condo office that closed for the weekend. Ask me again if our vacation experience was very good? The property was nice but we won't use or recommend Vacation Rental Pros again! Beautiful view! Tamra W. from Irving, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2010 This penthouse condo had the most awesome view of the Atlantic. We watched shrimp boats line up to make their catch. The furnishings made you feel like you were in a Better Homes and Gardens magazine layout! Our only disappointment was the beach...or lack of. The coquina rocks were gorgeous and interesting but made getting to the low tide beach quite treacherous. If you are going to this condo without kids and without anyone who is in the least bit handicapped you can get to the beach...only at low tide. Otherwise, drive less than a mile north on A1A to the beach next to Marineland. It was great! Also, the immersion program with the dolphins at Marineland was a once in a lifetime experience. Try it! Beautiful view, Beach not family friendly A guest from Cumming, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2010 The property was very nice, and our condo was nicely furnished. However, the nature of the beach was not adequately represented in the listing. The beach is covered in huge coquina rocks, which, although very picturesque, make the beach completely inaccessible during high tide. The tide varied daily, sometimes only allowing us on the beach for a couple of hours a day. The children and adults in our group received several cuts and scrapes. The tide did allow us ample time on the beach toward the middle/end of our week. This beach would be completely out of the question for a family with curious toddlers or accompanied by elderly people, as you have to climb down the rocks to even access the beach area at all times - low or high tide. The only disappointment was the beach was only accessable durring low tide, as the LARGE coquina rocks (that we had to climb over to get to the sand) were all that was exposed during high tide. the condo complex was wonderful and we would love to return. however someone with young children or an elderly couple might have a hard time even walking on the beach. (a tip for the cleaning crew would be to sweep and de-cobweb the balcony as there were MANY spiders on the porch.) otherwise we had a peaceful vacation and wish we had a longer stay. Beautiful Views Bill C. from Thorndale, Ontario recommends this property. Stayed for 28 days in January, 2010 Overall we really enjoyed the condo. Terrific ocean view from the huge balcony. Condo was very nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The kitchen appliances were modern, and the only suggestion I can make would be for the owners to provide new pots, pans and utensils. Some of the teflon pan are so badly scratched, I doubt they would be used by anyone. Maybe most guests staying here eat out every day, but for us staying a month, we like to cook our own dinners at least half of the time. I'd suggest they owners live in their condo for a week or two and they will see what I mean. Really, a few hundred dollars in new kitchen stuff is all that's required to make this condo 100% in my books!ps ... the writeup suggests there is a 2-seater bike for use down in the garage, but it was locked with a chain and the owner had not provided the lock combination. Very Restful Stay! A guest from Waynesville, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2009 Our only complaint was that we were not expecting a rocky beach. From the picture attached to the owner's description, it showed a picture of a nice golden, sanded beach. So that was what we expected. It wasn't until AFTER our vacation and we went back to look, we saw the actual beach pictures on the website for the complex. That was disappointing. But, the week we were there, we had the pool to ourselves...and the whole place was very quiet. So it was really what the doctor ordered. Extremely restful! Thank you. (But you might want to change out that picture of the golden sand beach. It's really misleading!) Palm Coast Beach is a Gem! Deborah B. from Gulf Port, Mississippi recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2008 Beautiful ocean sunrises greet every day!Lovely condo & pool on the beach. Swim with the dolphins at Marineland or enjoy them while at the beach. We drove only 1hr.40 min to Disney World for a magical day. Don't miss St. Augustine. Only 20 min. north for a historical adventure. What a beautiful city filled with wonderful restaurants, museums, shops, trolly tours and plenty of fun for kids. We can't wait to come back! Disappointed Annette P. from Bright Grove, ON does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2008 The building itself was clean and good condition, but this condo needed updating. Not enough dishes....only enough to fill half of dishes washer. Slim on patio furniture. No beach chairs. Dirty bathrooms including mold. Some amenities that were listed, we did not have access to, i.e. fitness room, gas barbeque. No instructions or anyone to ask regarding where the trails are. Contacted owner/manager first day and he did not call back for the information requested. Property Manager Response: Response from Vacation Rental Pros I apologize for condition of the cleaning on the condo. It was unacceptable and we replaced the cleaner on this condo. We also added additional dishes and kitchenware after this feedback. In terms of the fitness room, that is Surf Club II and only residents of that building can use it. We never indicated you could use Surf Club II amenity. In terms of the BBQ grill, there is a charcoal one right outside the building in the common area. Once again, I apologize for the condition of the cleaning. It was unacceptable and it is not typical of the standards we set.
