Our L-shaped 55-foot deck is going to win your heart before you even explore the inside of the condo! Accessible from the living room as well as the master bedroom, it sends fresh sea breezes wafting throughout Surf Club I 2301, reminding you that the beach is just yards away. There is casual seating and dining space out here, and the deck receives a mix of sun and shade all day, so you can always find just the right spot. Settle in with a beach novel or perhaps a bottle of wine to share as the sun goes down. It's even a great spot for the laptop (the free wireless Internet service at our condo extends to the deck). Bliss!
Make the deck an extension of the open-plan living and dining area when you're spending time at home. Throw open the sliding-glass doors and you discover that the interior of the condo, furnished in white, cream, and blue, matches the gorgeous exterior! The wall-mounted flat-screen TV (with DVD player and VCR) is cleverly set right in the corner facing the sea, so you can watch the big sky and follow the tides even as you enjoy a good movie!
The two big couches in the living room encourage you to flop down and relax, while the 2 indoor tables offer plenty of space for a buffet spread plus a game table. Convert the breakfast nook into a battleground for Scattergories, and fill the blender with frosty concoctions while popcorn is merrily popping in the microwave. Or, if you enjoy cooking, prepare a homemade feast and set a lavish table. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and trimmings you need in our spotless kitchen. All you add is groceries!
Speaking of finding everything you need, you are also welcome to use our washer and dryer at Surf Club I 2301. All of the linens and towels you need for every bed and bath here are provided, along with spare pillows and towels, so pack light and know that you can always keep your vacation togs clean. You may find yourself going to the beach, tennis courts, and swimming pools half a dozen times a day -- it's hard to resist! -- so you never have to worry about needing fresh clothes.
Our open living and dining area is great for spending time with the group, but at bedtime you want privacy and quiet, which is just what you'll find at Surf Club I 2301. Perfect for a family or two couples traveling together, the accommodations here ensure that everyone gets a great night's sleep in preparation for another day of fun in Palm Coast. The master suite is such a glorious place to retire to each night, you may find yourself looking forward to it even while you're sightseeing in St. Augustine or golfing in Palm Coast. The bedroom contains a luxurious king-sized bed, from which you can gaze out to the ocean! Or, for a closer look, step through the sliding glass door and out to the deck. There's a TV in here, so you can enjoy your own shows in private.
The master bath is spacious and updated, with his-and-her vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate bathtub. Pick up some bath salts and enjoy a long soak after a busy day in the sun and sea!
The second bedroom contains 2 twin-sized beds, a wall-mounted TV, soft carpeting, and a sense of calm that's invaluable when it's time for keyed-up children to go to sleep. The 2nd full bathroom, with both a shower and tub option, is convenient to this room.
Surf Club is a Mediterranean-style resort right on the beach in Palm Coast. Recently updated, it includes just about any sport you desire, plus bike and hiking trails, a clubhouse, BBQ and picnic areas, and nearby piers just perfect for fishing.
Note: The beach at Surf Club has unique coral formation along the beach that looks like rocks - especially at high tide. Public beaches are nearby with wider sand.

Needs a Few Important Things to Make it Great Bob D. from Holly Hill, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 First off, no internet? Come on guys! It costs almost nothing to get high speed internet. Charge more if you must but get some frigging internet! We're already paying a lot for the place. Trust me, paying another $30 for internet isn't even an afterthought!Two, get comfortable mattresses on the beds. Hard does not mean supportive. Never once got a good night's sleep. Third, get at least one lazy boy or a couch you can easily lay out on and is comfortable to watch a movie from a reclining position. Short furniture with cushions all over may look nice. But they aren't functional. We're on vacation here! We want to lollygag. We need the furniture to do it.The view was great and the 2-sided corner balcony was great. The grounds and parking and security and pools were also quite nice. The guards were not the nazis I expected after reading all the rules. The drive on A1A was nice. Surf Club #1 Unit 2301 Bryan J. from Hawthorne, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 We have used Vacation Rental Pros to rent at Surf Club now for three years. We love the Surf Club units and location. The first year was excellent with the following two years being disappointing. Maybe Vacation Rental Pros is under new management? Last year it was a dirty room upon our arrival. This year, at check in, our room key wasn't in the box as explained in the instruction guide and mangement inside didn't have a key on site. They had to call mainteance who met us on site. Delayed our check in by atleast an hour dealing with this. We then found the room to be infested with ants in the master bedroom. They again sent mainteance out, this time unannounced, to spray pesticide. This did not help the problem. I would not recommend this unit until proffessional pest control is obtained. Strongly considering not using Vacation Rental Pros again until they get their act together.
