Washington Coast Vacation Rentals Welcome to Longboarder! We have taken great care to make this beautiful seaside home as warm and cozy as possible. The Longboarder is tastefully appointed, bright and spacious, with over almost 4000sq/ft of living area and is specifically designed to accommodate up to 22 people. Comfort and convenience are imbedded in this home.
You’ll find open space and light in every corner: wide staircases, large doorways, French doors, and recess lighting and natural light from multiple windows. The major living, dining and kitchen areas all have high ceilings and flow into each other and onto the deck areas. Generous outdoor decks accompany each living area.
The large family room has a 70" flat screen TV with DVD player and surround sound, prominent wood burning fireplace with raised hearth, large sectional leather couch, plus seagrass chairs and ottomans. A fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, marble countertops throughout, and expansive island with six stools makes it a great place to entertain. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and items such as a waffle iron, juicer, hand-mixer, and blender.
A dining nook seats six with doors out onto the patio and there is a teak dining table directly outside with six chairs. Across the large entry way you’ll find an office with a large desk and comfortable leather couch that transforms into a sofa–bed. A full bathroom with shower and bath connect to this office.
Up the large staircase onto the second floor you’ll see the window doors leading out onto the patio with chairs. On the right side is a queen bedroom with large windows letting the sunset warm your bedroom. To the left is another bedroom with a queen sized bed. A full bath with a stone pebbled shower floor for the guests on the second level. At the East end you’ll find a large master King suite, complete with TV, large walk in closet and master bathroom including stone pebbled floor, a standing cast iron bathtub, and two standing sinks. Connected to the bedroom is a children’s bedroom with two twin beds (Heavenly mattresses) and a TV.
The third floor is perfect for a group of children, teenagers, or young adults and it sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a full bathroom and two sets of roomy bunks, each with reading lights. The bunk room is equipped with a 42 inch screen TV (with dvd, Xbox and Wii + 4 controllers each and numerous games) for all to enjoy. Another bedroom on the third floor has one Queen sized bed.
Directly next door and connected by decking is the Longboarder Carriage House. This private suite sleeps 2-4 guests and is perfect for a couple or family who wish to have a little more privacy.
Longboarder is equipped with many boardgames, video games, and more than 50 new release and classic dvd movies for your family to enjoy together. If you visit us during the Christmas holiday you will arrive to a fully adorned house and dazzling array of lights. A grand, beautifully decorated, 9 foot tall Christmas tree stands in the main living room. Likewise, during the weeks around the 4th of July holiday the home will be festively bedecked in red, white, and blue. This home is ideal for many families or friends to share together and create lasting memories. Longboarder is perfectly located, just one block from town square (grocery store, restaurant, shops, bike rental, etc) and whether you are touring the many attractions in the area or just spending a lazy day at the beach (which is only a 5 minute walk from the house) the Longboarder is a house that you will want to return to year after year.

The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
